Through global I&D (Inclusion and Diversity) campaigns, communications, e-learning, and data-driven diversity insights, we’re creating meaningful connections and a sense of belonging for colleagues and the communities we operate in.

Inclusive leadership
We equip our leaders to be authentic, inclusive, and action-driven, championing diversity and inclusion through our engaging leadership programmes.
Addressing barriers for everyone means taking targeted action. We’ve started with these key issues:
- Gender equity - target: 30% female representation across total workforce.
- Disability inclusion - Accessibility Analysis completed across 118 sites and guidance launched in response to results.
- Ethnic and cultural diversity – target: 23% ethnic minority representation at senior leadership by 2027.
