Ted Lau was appointed Managing Director, Greater China in 2021. He joined Inchcape in 1993 as Branch Service Manager and has held senior executive positions in different divisions. He was appointed Aftersales Director in 2007 and has been in a pivotal role of the Hong Kong leadership team for over 15 years. 

Ted is the Chairman of The Motor Traders Association of Hong Kong, and a member of Business Environment Council.

Alen was appointed Aftersales Director in August 2023, leading operations across Hong Kong and Macau with a focus on sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Since joining Inchcape as a Technical Manager Trainee in 1999, Alen has built a well-rounded career in aftersales. As former Head of Aftersales Operations, he played a key role in launching the transformational One-Stop Multi-Brand Service Hub, earning industry recognition for excellence in automotive aftersales.

He has also driven Inchcape’s EV strategy forward—launching the company’s first public EV charging station with integrated payment, and establishing the first aftersales network across Hong Kong certified to handle high-voltage EV batteries.

Andy was appointed Commercial Director at Inchcape in March 2021. A key focus of his leadership is identifying and optimising new growth opportunities. This includes overseeing CV sales (Hino, Iveco, Maxus), spearheading new brand acquisitions, and advancing innovation in F&I products.

Beyond his commercial responsibilities, Andy plays a pivotal role in embedding value across the organization, aligned with Inchcape’s Accelerate+ strategy and Distribution Excellence framework. Andy previously served with Inchcape from 2005 to 2016, holding senior roles across distributor, retail, and aftersales functions. Before rejoining the company, he was Head of Sales at Allianz Partners and Regional Aftersales Manager at Renault Asia Pacific.

Calvin was appointed Sales Operations Director – Passenger Car & Fleet in January 2023, leading the passenger vehicle brands and pre-owned business sales teams across Hong Kong and Macau. He is currently driving the adoption of a multi-brand sales structure to enhance productivity, foster cross-brand synergy, and support talent development.

Since joining Inchcape as a management trainee in 2000, Calvin has built extensive experience across sales and brand management, including leadership roles with Nova, Hino, Toyota, and Lexus—where he was appointed General Manager in 2020.

He also led sales teams for BMW Hong Kong and Kam Lung Motors, and upon rejoining Inchcape in 2022, established the Hong Kong Digital Sales team, transforming lead conversion processes and outcomes.

Edith joined Inchcape as People Director in February 2024. She works closely with senior leaders to develop their plans and initiatives to promote diversity and inclusive workplace best practices. As a strategic business partner, Edith is passionate about enabling business growth through organizational development, talent management & learning, HR consulting, performance management, and total pay design.

Before joining Inchcape, Edith worked in the IT and telecom, retailing, F&B, and supply chain sectors, where she sharpened her skills in developing recruitment strategies and driving new business opportunities in Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asian emerging markets. In her previous role, she was Deputy General Manager, Human Resources of Motor Hong Kong & Overseas, eCommerce and Food Mart for DCH Group and before joining DCH, Edith was the Head of Partner Resources, Hong Kong and Emerging Markets for Starbucks, Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Limited.

Katherine joined Inchcape as Finance Director in March 2024, where she partners closely with business leaders and the regional finance leadership team to drive growth and spearhead financial transformation initiatives in Hong Kong and Macau markets. She also works collaboratively with the finance function to provide strategic insights that inform the development of new growth opportunities.

Katherine brings a wealth of experience in financial management to her current role. Prior to joining Inchcape, she held senior finance positions at a diverse array of retail and wholesales organisations spanning the luxury, sports, and lifestyle brands sectors across the Asia Pacific region, most recently serving as the APAC Regional Finance Director at Triumph International.

Susanna was appointed Marketing Director in March 2024, overseeing brand and product marketing for passenger and commercial vehicle brands across Hong Kong and Macau. She also leads the newly established Business Development Centre, which delivers a cohesive, data-driven approach to lead generation and conversion across new car sales, aftersales, and F&I.

Since joining Inchcape in 2018 as General Manager, Digital & CRM, Susanna has expanded her role to include brand marketing in 2022. She has spearheaded initiatives to enhance omnichannel customer experiences, strengthen multi-brand positioning, and launch new brand websites and content platforms. Prior to Inchcape, Susanna was Associate Director of Brand Consumer Engagement at Mead Johnson Nutrition, bringing extensive experience in brand strategy and CRM.
