Alex Yap is the Country Head of Inchcape Philippines, leading the company’s market entry and operations across distribution, retail, and service for brands including Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Jaguar, Land Rover, Changan Auto, Mazda, Harley-Davidson, and Daimler Commercial Vehicles.

Previously, he was Managing Director of Inchcape Guam and Saipan (Atkins Kroll, Inc), where he integrated Morrico Equipment and Avis, Budget & Payless into the business, driving customer-centric transformation and digitalisation.

Alex joined Inchcape in 2017 as Sales & Distribution Director in Singapore, leading Toyota, Lexus, and Suzuki to market leadership and reclaiming the Triple Crown Award from 2018 to 2021. He also spearheaded retail digital transformation and introduced the Share Mobility initiative.

With over 25 years of experience, Alex has led across multiple brands and markets, including a secondment to China managing super luxury marques like Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, and McLaren.

Mark Low is the Head of Sales & Network for our distribution and retail businesses of Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram, Changan Auto and Commercial Vehicles at Inchcape Philippines. He is also a part of the Philippines leadership team, setting the overall vision and strategy as Inchcape powers better mobility in the country.

Mark brings over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and operational excellence across the automotive, and commodities industries. His career highlights include leading Sime Darby Thailand which retailed brands like BMW, Volvo, Mazda, Chevrolet, Ford, and Mitsubishi, and successfully turning the business operations around during the Asian Financial Crisis and civil unrest in Thailand. He also took on key leadership roles in Performance Motors Limited, Cycle & Carriage Singapore, and FarLee Private Limited. His local achievements during his tenure include recording highest gross profit (2013), boosting new car sales by 88% (2014-2019), and achieving the Global Premium Car Sales Excellence Award (2016).

As the Head of Aftersales since 2023, Larry De Guzman led multiple initiatives to elevate the aftersales operations and facilities in the country. This includes the standardisation of Body & Paint operations and facilities, ensuring streamlined processes and enhanced quality standards, implementation of the SAP Warehouse Management System to enhance operational efficiency, and launch of the Parts Distribution Center (upcoming in Q3 2024).

Prior to Inchcape Philippines, Larry led the aftersales team at Inchcape Brunei where he enabled the team to achieve the prestigious Toyota and Lexus Gold Trophy for customer delight experience for five consecutive years.

Larry joined Inchcape with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. During his tenure in the Middle East, particularly in Oman, Larry led his team to be crowned 3-time Middle East Skills Competition Champion in Isuzu Middle East, secured 3rd place in the World Isuzu Skills Competition, and earned 2nd place in the Hyundai World Skills competition. He also held assignments in North America, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Georgette Barrera-Jalasco is a seasoned Marketing Leader with over 20 years of experience. With her strong brand communications, retail operations, and omni-channel background, she leads our integrated marketing initiatives to drive business development through strong branding and customer experience strategies.

Prior to joining Inchcape Philippines, she was Uniqlo Philippines’ Vice President of Marketing, where she led business performance through effective marketing campaigns. Her key achievements include opening the Uniqlo Manila Global Flagship Store in 2018 with the Our Future is Here campaign which was recognised as global best practice. This led to a regional role in Uniqlo’s headquarters in Japan working with the ASEAN market and opening the first store in Vietnam in 2019-2020. Under her leadership, Uniqlo Philippines became the Most Recommended Brand in 2021 recognized by YouGov’s Brand Index Brand Advocacy Ranking. Prior to Uniqlo, she held key appointments at Samsung’s Cheil Communications and Golden ABC Inc (Penshoppe).

Rolly Salvador is the Finance Director of Inchcape Philippines. He oversees the Financial Controlling and Business Controlling / FP&A functions, ensuring strong business partnering, compliance, and financial reporting. As the Finance Director, he drives the Finance transformation journey including digitalization of services. In his remit, he also looks after General Services and Procurement.

Rolly is a Finance leader with more than 25 years of progressive Finance experience in leading multinational companies in the fast-moving consumer goods industry and in a publicly listed multi-format retail company in the Philippines. This includes Robinsons Supermarket Corporation, Mars Philippines, Inc., Del Monte Philippines and Coca-Cola Export Corporation.

As the Head of IT, Nhing Santiago plays a pivotal role in implementing and optimising standard systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across the organisation. Her contributions were instrumental in successful post-acquisition launches of Incadea, SAP Fico, SAP Material Management, SAP Vehicle Management, Coupa and Concur, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiencies. Nhing's leadership also extends to standardisng infrastructure and security applications, including SentinelOne, Fortigate, Netskope and Cisco, to safeguard data and bolster the organisation's cyber defense capabilities.

With a career spanning 22 years, Nhing's journey from CATS Motors to Inchcape Philippines reflects her versatility and adaptability across diverse roles. Starting as a Programmer, Nhing progressed through the ranks and today is part of the Inchcape Philippines leadership team. Nhing's relentless pursuit of excellence and her ability to drive innovation have been integral to the organisation’s growth and success.

Randy Banaag is an accomplished HR leader with over two decades of experience across the chemical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and consulting industries. As People Director for the Philippines, he brings deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, organisational transformation, and HR operations.

Before joining Inchcape Philippines, Randy headed HR for BASF Philippines and later expanded his remit to include Cambodia, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka. He has a strong track record of leading complex people initiatives, including M&A integration, policy development, performance management, and crisis response while fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and practical approach to aligning people and business priorities, Randy is passionate about enabling growth, developing talent, and helping to shape future-ready organisations.
