Sanna joined Inchcape in January 2025 and in September the same year was promoted Country Manager responsible for Distribution and Retail operations in Finland.

In her initial role, she led Retail Operations in Finland, focusing on stabilizing the operations and driving strategic expansion. She was responsible for the retail operations and performance of JLR, Mazda, XPENG and GAC both in sales and in service as well as the Used Cars sales.

Sanna’s almost 20 years of experience in automotive includes several overall business operations roles both in an OEM and in retail. She is passionate about customer experience, performance management and communication.

Outside of work, Sanna dedicates her time to the non-profit organization FloweRescue, supporting flower workshops in care and senior homes once a month—earning her the affectionate title of “Flower Fairy.” Much of her free time is also spent gardening and exploring the countryside with her partner and two English bull terriers.

Miia joined Inchcape in November 2023 as Managing Director for Mazda Finland & Baltics.

Miia has over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry. Before joining Inchcape, Miia held several key positions at Nissan, primarily in Marketing and Sales. Most recently, she served as Country Manager for Finland, where she led a multidisciplinary team managing all distribution operations across the country. Her focus areas included new vehicle sales, after sales, marketing, and dealer network management, with a strategic emphasis on enhancing new car profitability and streamlining dealer operations.

Miia holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Haaga Helia University of Applied Sciences and is completing her master’s degree in Strategizing Organizations at the same institution.

Grzegorz joined Inchcape in 2019 and currently leads Jaguar Land Rover operations in Finland. He is responsible for driving commercial performance across the Finnish market, with a focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and team development.

With nearly two decades of experience in the automotive industry, Grzegorz brings deep expertise in sales planning, distribution, and brand management. His career began at BMW Group Poland, where he progressed from an Aftersales intern to Head of Sales Planning and Steering. He later held senior roles at Inchcape in both Poland and the Baltics, including Sales Director for Jaguar Land Rover Poland.

Grzegorz holds a master's degree in Management from Warsaw University and completed part of his studies in Finland through the Socrates-Erasmus programme. He is passionate about cross-market collaboration and building high-performing teams.

Niko joined Inchcape in 2025 and is responsible for New Products Distribution in Finland, currently overseeing the XPENG and GAC brands. His focus areas include OEM cooperation and partnership, sales, marketing, and people development.

With over 13 years of experience in the automotive business and more than 3 years in Senior Management, Niko brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He is also a member of the Inchcape Nordics Leadership team.

Originally from Denmark, Niko now lives in Finland and speaks multiple languages. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with family, engaging in cooking, and participating in sports such as golf and refereeing handball.

Christa joined Inchcape in May 2025 as Business Development Manager, covering for Juste Jaruse during parental leave. Bringing over 12 years of international experience across the UK and Nordic markets, Christa has a proven track record in sales, marketing, and team leadership.

Prior to joining Inchcape, she led the Electric Vehicle and LCV Product Marketing team at Nissan Nordic Europe, where she oversaw product lifecycle management, new model launches, and pricing strategy across the Nordic and Baltic regions. Her previous roles include Corporate Sales Manager and a range of senior positions in sales operations in both Finland and the UK, highlighting her strong commercial acumen and cross-market expertise.

Christa holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Hanken School of Economics. She is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and driving innovation. She is fluent in Swedish, Finnish, and English.

Cristian has been with Inchcape for almost six years and brings over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. With more than two decades of international experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and project management — including seven years in the United States — he has held leadership positions at Inchcape Chile, Nissan Chile, Toyota Chile, Latam Airlines, and Nike, Inc. Before joining Inchcape Estonia, he served as the Americas Director of F&I and Integration at Inchcape.

Cristian is passionate about developing teams and helping people grow, staying true to doing the right thing, and making sure that everyone enjoys what they do along the way.

Rebecca joined Inchcape in October 2025 within her current role of People Manager Finland & Projects.

Rebecca brings over 15 years of international people & culture expertise from across European and Africa, Middle East & Indian markets. Her core specialisms are both HR operations and Talent Development. Directly prior to Inchcape, Rebecca led Human Resources & General Affairs across the Nordic & Baltic Markets.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from the University of Durham, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered member (MCIPD) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

Originally from the UK, Rebecca now lives in Finland with her family. Her free time is focused on spending quality time with loved ones and enjoying the culinary delights of the Helsinki food scene.
