Guam & Saipan

Clark Boswell is the General Manager & Vice President of Inchcape Guam & Saipan which operates Atkins Kroll (AK) in the Pacific. Clark is based in Guam and oversees the AK Guam and AK Saipan operations.

Clark joined Inchcape in 2014 and has a breadth of experience across Sales, Finance & Insurance, Parts and Rental operations in Guam, as well as digital transformation across the Inchcape Asia-Pacific region.

From October 2023 to August 2024 and July 2018 to March 2021, Clark was the General Manager & Vice President of Saipan. Under his leadership, AK Saipan maintained its market leader position. Clark led the upgrading and relocation of facilities and dealership to a new site (completion in Q4 2024), and the digitalisation journey to deliver customer excellence. Clark is a People leader where he ensures dialogue and developmental opportunities for the team to progress with the organisation.

From January 2022 to October 2023, Clark led organizational integration as part of Merger & Acquisitions initiatives and digital project management across Inchcape Asia-Pacific as Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, APAC. Prior to Inchcape, Clark’s career spanned the insurance sales, education and hospitality industries.

Eric brings nearly three decades of experience in the automotive industry, with over 18 years in senior management roles across Hyundai, Ford, Mazda, Chevrolet, and non-franchised dealerships in the United States. He began his career as a certified diesel technician, giving him a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of workshop operations from the ground up.

Most recently, Eric served as Executive Director of Fixed Operations at You Drive Auto, overseeing service, parts, and body shop operations across 11 sites in four U.S. states. He led 300+ employees and drove improvements in performance, quality, and technician development through digital systems, centralised processes, and robust training—consistently achieving above-average customer satisfaction.

Tom Mazzei is the Sales Director at Atkins Kroll Guam, overseeing BMW, Toyota, Lexus, Chevrolet, Used Car Sales, and Supply & Distribution. Tom first started with Atkins Kroll as a Toyota Sales Representative and progressed to be the Department Manager for Yamaha Motors, overseeing motorcycle sales, boats, outboard engines, offroad products, as well as parts sales and service. Over the years, he gained Sales and leadership experience across the brands represented, which includes Toyota Forklifts, Ford New Holland Equipment, Mercedes-Benz, Chevrolet and Toyota.

Tom has a breadth of Sales experience across the automotive industry in Guam, starting with automotive sales at Datsun Motors in 1980 before moving to Island Imports as Branch Manager and sold Suzuki, Isuzu, and Jeep products. Tom was also took on key sales appointments at MidPac Far East, and sold Ford Medium Duty, Kenworth Trucks, John Deere, and Onin Generators.

Tracy Guerrero is the General Manager of Saipan, leading the business operations in Saipan. She also oversees the rental business in Guam.

Tracy joined Atkins Kroll in 2022 and served as the Operations Director for Guam. She leads the Avis, Budget & Payless rental business, including its operational integration to the broader Inchcape business, implementing robust processes and business digitalisation, and oversees facilities management.

Prior to Inchcape, Tracy was the Corporate Controller for Triple J Saipan where she oversaw the financial management of operations in Saipan, the Marshall Islands, and Palau. Tracy also served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Northern Marianas College (NMC), Director of Courts for the CNMI Judiciary, and as an Analyst for the U.S. Government Accountability Office in San Francisco, California.

Joel Lesh is the General Manager and Vice President of Morrico Equipment, overseeing the operations in Guam. Joel joined Inchcape in 2017 as the Aftersales Director for Atkins Kroll Guam and Saipan, and continued to progress through the organisation including taking on the General Manager & Vice President role for Atkins Kroll Saipan from 2021 to 2023.

Joel started his career in Houston, Texas in a helicopter service provider and was the General Manager of the company when he left in 2000 to join the automotive industry. His experiences include being the Service Manager for Honda and subsequently, more than 20 years Aftersales management experience across OEM brands.

Trina joined Inchcape in April 2021 as the Marketing and Communications Director and in January 2024, she expanded her role to be the Marketing & BMW Franchise Director.

During her time, she led the set up of the Business Development Centre in Guam, the first in South Asia & Pacific. She is also a participant of Inchcape’s APAC LEAD Program Cohort II as part of her professional development and exposure to regional and organisational programmes.

Prior to Inchcape, Trina’s built her career in the Guam tourism and hospitality industry, where she was the Marketing and Brand Development Director for Pacific Islands Club, an all-inclusive resort with properties in Guam and Saipan.

Ernie Galito is the Business Development Director where he is responsible for implementing strategic plans to drive demand for automotive, heavy equipment, and commercial mobility in Guam. He is also the Responsible Business champion for Inchcape Asia-Pacific. Ernie led the marketing and communications function when he first joined in 2015.

Ernie's professional journey spans media broadcasting, telecommunications and hospitality where he gained strong general management, product and business development expertise. Ernie also serves as the Board chairman for the Guam Chamber of Commerce and is the President of the SKAL International Club of Guam.

Julie Lee is the Finance Director for the Inchcape business in Guam and Saipan. In this role, she oversees the Finance function for Inchcape’s Guam and Saipan operations, to include the administrative functions for Vehicle Sales and Warranty. She also has oversight of the Facilities operations in Guam.

Julie joined the business in 2006 as AK’s Financial Controller and was promoted to Finance Director in 2008. Prior to this, she gained a breadth of experience across the Finance function in Deloitte & Touche.

Originally from Korea, Julie grew up on Guam and has called Guam home since. She attended the University of Guam for 2 years and then went on to attend Seattle University in Washington where she earned her B.S. in Accounting. Julie also attained her Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant designation.

When she is not working, Julie enjoys traveling with her family, watching her daughter’s soccer and volleyball games and spending time with her pet Shih Tzu, Lulu.

Daphne Leon Guerrero is the People Director for the Inchcape business in Guam and Saipan. She leads People partnership to drive the business forward, including talent acquisition, development, engagement and health & safety. She is also the Inclusion & Diversity Champion for Inchcape Asia-Pacific.

Prior to Inchcape, Daphne was the HR Director for Citadel Pacific, a multi-national organisation with holdings in telecommunications, petroleum distribution, property management and solar. She is also the past President for the SHRM Guam Chapter and the University of Guam Alumni Association.

For the last five years, Daphne served as an adjunct professor for the University of Guam where she teaches Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management to junior and senior-level undergraduate students. Daphne is also a Commissioner for the Guam Ethics Commission and an Advisory Board Member for Ohala Adoptions.
