Jacek Górski has been an automotive professional since 1991. He received his master’s degrees in automotive engineering from Warsaw Polytechnic in 1988 and in international commerce from Warsaw School of Economics in 1991. He has worked for several automotive manufacturers, including Toyota, General Motors, Nissan and Jaguar Land Rover; in Poland, Hungary, Russia, Germany and Finland; since 1998 in executive positions. In Inchcape since November 2020, initially as Managing Director of Inchcape JLR Poland, since August 2025 as Managing Director of JLR JV.

During his career, Jacek held 14 positions, spanning across automotive distribution functions and roles, incl. Aftersales, Sales, general management, as well as market, cluster and regional leadership.

Jacek’s interests include diving, skiing, squash, science and music.

Dominik has been involved in the automotive industry since 2002. He earned his Master of Science in Automotive Engineering from the Koszalin University of Technology in 2004. Throughout his career, he has worked with several automotive manufacturers including Honda, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Ford, BMW, and Jaguar Land Rover, across markets such as Poland, Romania, Finland, and the Baltic States — primarily focusing on the Aftersales domain.

Urszula brings extensive experience in the automotive industry, having worked across both the retail and distribution sectors. She has collaborated with leading brands including BMW, Ford, Mazda, and currently Jaguar Land Rover. Her responsibilities have included building Finance & Insurance structures and processes in Poland, Latvia, and Estonia, successfully managing five teams and delivering outstanding results – including 11-time recognition as the #1 performer in F&I product and service sales within the BMW network in Poland (2008–2018).

For the past four years, she has overseen Finance & Insurance for Inchcape Northern Europe in Finland and Poland, implementing solutions aligned with Financial Services objectives and scaling brand operations. Since June 2022, she has held the position of F&I Director at Inchcape JLR Poland, the exclusive distributor of Jaguar and Land Rover in the country.

Marcin Kąkol has been with Inchcape since 2019, initially serving as Sales Manager for Northern Europe Distribution, overseeing the Ford and Mitsubishi brands. In this role, he was responsible for sales strategy and managing dealer network operations across the Baltic States.

He gained valuable experience at BMW Group Poland, where he began as a sales analyst and was later promoted to Product Manager, responsible for shaping product strategy both for the Polish market and the broader Central and Southeastern Europe region. He also played a key role in launching the DS Automobiles brand in Poland as part of Groupe PSA’s local operations.

Currently, he is responsible for the development and performance of the Jaguar Land Rover dealer network in Poland.

Marcin Okrój has been with Jaguar Land Rover’s distribution operations in Poland for the past seven years, currently serving as Aftersales Director. He has been active in the development of automotive dealer networks since 1997.

Prior to joining JLR, he spent over 16 years at Hyundai Motor Poland, where he held senior leadership roles across various business functions — including administration, finance, HR, logistics, sales, marketing, dealer network development, and strategic planning — ultimately serving as Managing Director.

She joined the organization in 2025, bringing over 20 years of professional experience in marketing, PR, brand building, and strategic communications. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, she is an expert in premium and luxury brand strategy, with a strong background in the hospitality and lifestyle sectors. Her professional journey includes experience at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Poland’s leading lifestyle hospitality brand PURO Hotels, and top-tier PR agency.

She specializes in designing impactful brand experiences and strategic partnerships that enhance brand positioning and support business objectives. Passionate about storytelling and committed to authenticity in brand communication, she combines creative vision with strategic insight.

Privately, she is a dedicated mother who enjoys spending active time with her family. She is also an enthusiast of design, contemporary art, and cultural trends.

With Inchcape Poland since 2016, he currently serves as General Manager. Previously, for three years, he managed the Inchcape showroom in Warsaw – an authorized dealer of BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad. Under his leadership, the Warsaw branch received numerous prestigious awards from BMW Poland. He has extensive experience in building customer relationships and service quality, gained at companies such as Makro, Ikea, and Tesco – not only in Poland but also in the United Kingdom.

Rafał Mierzejewski is an accomplished finance leader with over two decades of experience driving profitability and strategic financial planning in multinational corporations like Essity, Cadbury Wedel, Cadbury plc and Lotte Wedel. He has a proven track record in regional controlling, financial performance management, and leading diverse international teams across East Europe, MEA, and Africa markets. Rafał excels in business partnering, cost optimization, and evaluating key strategic initiatives to deliver significant business growth and financial improvement.

Piotr Berzyński currently serves as Country Sales Director at BMW Inchcape Poland, overseeing the sales of new and pre-owned vehicles within the BMW Inchcape dealer network. Under his leadership, the company has achieved record-breaking results, including the highest BMW sales in the Greater Poland, Lower Silesia, and Masovian regions, which contributed to the top dealer sales volume nationwide. He has repeatedly led the Inchcape Poland team to win the prestigious “Dealer of the Year” award granted by BMW Group. His leadership approach is rooted in cross-departmental collaboration, customer-focused consulting, and building brand trust. He fosters a culture of openness and growth, inspiring leaders of branches in Warsaw, Poznań, and Wrocław, with a strategy based on the synergy of all key departments — from sales and marketing to service, parts, finance, HR, and operations.

He has been connected to the automotive world since an early age – “raised” in his father’s body shop. He began his professional career 24 years ago at an authorized Ford service center. He progressed through all stages of development – from receptionist and D2D driver to service advisor and service coordinator. For the past 12 years, he has been with Inchcape Poland, where he has steadily taken on successive managerial roles. He currently oversees the entire aftersales division within the company.

He is responsible for brand development and sales performance. He also oversees the development of the XPENG dealer network. Previously, he served as Brand Director for Peugeot, where he was in charge of sales results, product strategy, and brand image. He has also been associated with the Stellantis, FCA, and General Motors groups. He is a graduate of Kozminski University, the University of Warsaw, and the Executive MBA program at Warsaw University of Technology.

Responsible for marketing strategy, PR activities, and customer experience. He specializes in integrating communication efforts with conversion marketing and customer journey design. He oversees marketing activities for the BMW Inchcape Group as well as brand development strategy for XPENG in Poland. He has many years of experience in the automotive, FMCG, and agency sectors.

IT leader with over 14 years of experience in service delivery, project management, and cross-functional team leadership. Specialized in IT transformation, process optimization, and compliance. Currently responsible for IT service delivery across Inchcape entities in Poland, acting as a strategic IT partner within the executive team.

Responsible for sales and aftersales support areas. He joined Inchcape Poland team in 2021 bringing ofer 20 years' experience in procurement, distribution and sales management gained in international automotive, printing, publishing and retail trade companies. Experience in printing production, products and services procurement, category management and customer relations management.
