Hermann joined Inchcape in January 2023. He is the Managing Director of Inchcape Hellas, leading the Toyota business in Greece. Toyota is the undisputed number one brand in the Greek automotive market, with over 15% market share. Prior to joining Inchcape, Hermann was Chief Business and Digital Transformation Officer at WIND Hellas, one of the fastest growing telecom operators in Europe. Previous roles include Partner & Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group in Europe and the Middle East, and CEO of alternative telecommunications provider TELE2 Germany. Hermann holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree (MBA equivalent) from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg. He is based in Athens, Greece.

Maria joined Inchcape in 2017 as HRBP before being appointed as People Lead in 2021. She is acting as a strategic partner to leadership to support the increased revenue growth through HR undertakings while shaping and changing culture through targeted initiatives resulting to high employee engagement. Maria specializes in change management while also leading innovative development programs and diversity initiatives that foster a high performing culture. Prior to Inchcape, Maria held HR roles across diverse industries at Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, Interamerican and Carrefour.

Aggeliki is a strategist at Inchcape Hellas, known for strengthening brand power and consistently driving market-leading performance. Her customer-centric approach—rooted in digital transformation—sharpens the company’s competitive edge by anticipating evolving customer needs and cultivating long-term loyalty. By fostering strong, trusted partnerships with OEMs, she leads impactful initiatives across pricing, product strategy, planning, and marketing communications, all contributing to sustainable and high-value business growth.

Thodoris has more than 20 years of broad experience in various fields of finance and in different industries including banking, telecoms, retail and FMCG. He joined Inchcape in 2017 as the Financial Controller and Treasurer and since 2021 he is holding the position of Finance Director for the Greek market. Being a member of the leadership team since then, he transformed Finance Division to a trusted business partner that contributed significantly to doubling the size of Inchcape in Greece, optimizing working capital management and setting the foundations for future organic and inorganic growth.

Panagiotis has over 25 years of experience in steering complex digital transformation programs. He has progressed through key leadership roles before taking on his current regional position at Inchcape where he oversees strategic IT initiatives across Greece, Romania, and Bulgaria. Over the years, Panagiotis has successfully led several high-impact initiatives, which laid the foundation for scalable operations and digital integration. He also coordinated compliance programs, ensuring regulatory alignment across critical business applications. More recently, he led strategic OEM driven initiatives and in 2024, he played a pivotal role in delivering a unified digital ecosystem, seamlessly linking Toyota’s customer-facing platforms with Inchcape’s digital capabilities to enhance the end-to-end customer experience. Lately, optimized financial and operational efficiency by restructuring the invoicing and import processes between Romania and Bulgaria within SAP VMS and delivered a unified digital backbone by integrating front and back-office systems by enabling standardized finance and accounting processes.

Manos is a seasoned professional in the automotive and insurance sectors, with a strong background in sales, brand, and used car management. He joined Inchcape in January 2024 as Director of the Used Car Business in Greece. He spent 15 years with BMW Group Greece, holding key roles such as Used Car Manager and Sales & Marketing Area Manager before joining Spanos SA, Greece’s largest premium automotive retailer, where he served as Brand Manager for MINI and Used Car Manager and was actively involved in strategic initiatives to support the market entry and distribution of Chinese brands. Manos brings a results-oriented approach and deep expertise in used car operations and brand development, with a focus on delivering growth and innovation in a competitive market.

Nikos brings diverse hands-on experience and a well-rounded perspective in automotive distribution and retail. He has been instrumental in driving business growth through key commercial roles, including his tenure as Inchcape Retail Director (2018–2022) and as Used Car Business Director. In addition, he has held senior positions across AFS and retail functions, further strengthening his expertise across the value chain. Currently, Nikos serves as the Sales & Value Chain Performance Director

Elias holds the position of Retail Director for Toyota Hellas since 2022, bringing more than 17 years of diverse experience across the organization. He began his career in the Finance department before moving into After Sales management, and since 2017, he has held several strategic roles within the Retail division. His deep understanding of the automotive business and consistent track record of delivering results have been shaped by a broad, cross-functional journey. He is known for his hands-on, solution-oriented leadership style, as well as his passion, drive, and innovative thinking. He consistently champions agile, value-creating strategies that empower teams and enhance business performance.

Antonis holds the Legal Affairs Manager position in Toyota Hellas and is a practicing lawyer admitted to supreme court of Greece with over 30 years of experience in civil, commercial, antitrust, data privacy and banking law. He joined Toyota Hellas in 2002 and has since been responsible for a wide range of legal and compliance matters (including litigation), ensuring alignment with EU and national regulations as well as Inchcape Group’s internal policies and procedures.

 Ioanna is a passionate and forward-thinking executive with a strong track record in network development, retail transformation, and sustainable mobility. With deep experience across the automotive and energy sectors, she has led major strategic initiatives—from elevating customer experiences and launching innovative mobility programs to supporting M&A negotiations and implementing impactful CO₂ reduction strategies.
