Vayios brings a wealth of experience to his role as Managing Director of Inchcape Balkans, where he successfully leads our businesses in Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and Albania since 2018. Under his leadership, our Inchcape Balkans business achieved record revenue, PBT and OP% over the past 12 months - all the highest in the company's history - while securing market leadership in Bulgaria for the second year running. They also achieved the highest employee engagement score in the region in the annual Employee Experience Survey. His journey with Inchcape began in 1987 and during his career with Inchcape he holds many senior roles in all commercial operations, both in Distribution & Retail. In 2008 became Greece Retail Director and in 2012, and in addition to his Retail responsibilities, he also holds Distribution AFS Director position. In 2014 he took the role of Retail Director for Greece and Balkans Inchcape Retail operations, supporting also Belux Retail operations for one year in 2016. During his 37-year tenure, he has delivered impactful contributions to the organisation and is a strong advocate for its continued success. He is based in Bulgaria.

With 29 years at Inchcape Bulgaria, Borislav has gained experience in various roles in the company, starting as a technician in 1996, progressing further to various roles in distribution AFS management, retail site management and appointed as Operations, Network Transformation, and F&I Director since 2020.

In his current role Borislav oversees OEM standards, Network Transformation, Logistic Operations for new vehicles and spare parts, and manages for 10 years a very successful Inchcape Insurance Brokerage business in Bulgaria.

With extensive experience in the commercial automotive sector gained during his 20 years of experience in Inchcape, Ventsislav has a proven track record in sales strategy, network development, and retail operations management. He is recognized for his strategic thinking, network development skill and operational leadership.

Ventsislav Gashev is focused on securing new OEM contracts and exploring M&A opportunities in the Balkans. He leverages analytics and strategic planning to drive growth and optimize business processes.

With over 15 years of experience in the automotive sector, Ivaylo has held various positions in Sales and Marketing within both distribution and retail businesses at Inchcape Balkans. In 2020, he successfully led the newly established Sales & Aftersales team, transforming operations in both distribution and third-party retail networks.

Ivaylo Blajev is currently Business Performance Director, responsible for Sales and Aftersales operations at Inchcape Balkans, driving performance in retail, fleet, and value-chain sales. He develops and implements tools and strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the organization.

With extensive experience in marketing, Mihaela has held various positions in the FMCG industry before joining automotive. She excels in developing and implementing customer-centric strategies that drive satisfaction & profitable growth, while strengthening brand power. Mihaela is known for her strong leadership skills and her ability to inspire and motivate her team to achieve exceptional results.

Mihaela Radkova is dedicated to enhancing customer experience through strategic initiatives in pricing, product management, planning, and marketing communications. She collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer journey.

As People and Communications Manager since 2019, Nina is responsible for leading the people agenda and internal communications for the organization in Bulgaria & North Macedonia. She focuses on building a strong, engaging, and human-centered workplace culture that supports both business objectives and employee wellbeing.

Within nearly thirty years of her Human Resources experience in some of the world’s most respected global companies, she has been dedicated to fostering people development, engagement, and high-performance cultures through coaching, leadership, and meaningful communication.

Mariana is an analytical CFO with multifaceted expertise and a proven ability to contribute at both strategic and operational levels. Her experience spans various industries, where she has demonstrated strong leadership and dedication. Mariana is known for delivering effective people management strategies and showcasing indisputable leadership in finance.

As the leader of the Finance, Reporting, Accounting, and Treasury functions, Mariana ensures alignment with both business and financial objectives. She continuously improves and enforces financial policies and control activities, optimizing the use of financial resources.

Raicho Ignatov is currently the General Manager of Inchcape East Retail. He is known for his significant involvement in the development of the used car business for Inchcape, as well as the retail operations for new vehicles.

Raicho began his career at Inchcape in 2001 and since then has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of the automotive sector, contributing to the growth and success of the companies he worked for. Raicho's career at Inchcape has been marked by his dedication and expertise in the automotive industry.

With over 25 years of experience in the automotive sector, Petar began his career in 1998 as a service advisor and later managed general workshop operations. Since 2014, he has been overseeing the overall operations of Inchcape West Retail Sofia and managing a team of over 70 people. Petar is responsible for sales operations and after-sales activities as well as a large scale body shop that adds sophistication to his team's daily work.

Winning the Ichiban award and achieving high employee engagement levels in the Inchcape survey demonstrate his success in gaining both customer trust and employee respect. In addition to his daily duties, Petar is involved in several key projects for Inchcape Balkans, such as monitoring and reducing harmful emissions, implementing occupational safety rules, and launching a safety program for working with battery electric vehicles.
