Vilma joined the Inchcape Lithuania team in October 2022 as the Head of Finance. In this role, she is responsible for financial reporting in line with international accounting standards, strengthening internal controls, improving operational efficiency, and providing strategic financial support to the Country Manager. She also oversees the development and performance of the finance team.

Before joining Inchcape, Vilma built a successful career at the international pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson. Over the years, she held several leadership roles in the Baltics and Scandinavia – including Finance Manager for Denmark, Finland, and Sweden, and Finance Lead for the Baltics. Earlier in her career, she worked at PwC and Western Union.

Vilma is defined by her strong sense of accountability, active listening, courage, proactivity, and commitment to personal growth.

Kristina joined the Inchcape team in 2019 as the Head of Logistics and Product, and currently leads the Business Operations Support function. She is responsible for coordinating and improving business processes, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, managing projects, and implementing a range of operational support initiatives.

Kristina began her career in the automotive sector in 2009, working with the BMW brand. Later, she held the position of Head of the Logistics Department and also led the management of FCA (FIAT, Jeep, Alfa Romeo) brands in the Baltic countries.

She believes in creating a culture of trust, fostering responsibility, and developing team talent.

Živilė joined the Inchcape Lithuania team in 2019. From 2020 to 2025, she led both the Marketing and Customer Experience (CEX) departments. Today, Živilė oversees the overall marketing strategy across all Inchcape Lithuania brands. She is responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies for brands such as BMW, MINI, Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford, and others. Her role also includes the development of digital communications and enhancement of customer experience across the organization.

With over 25 years of professional experience, Živilė has gained valuable expertise in a variety of sectors including finance, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail, and entertainment. For five years, she was the CEO of the creative agency IDEA, recognized as one of the top five creative agencies in Lithuania at the time. Živilė has also contributed to the academic community, lecturing on communication, advertising, and project management at Vytautas Magnus University and Vilnius College.

Živilė is driven by creativity and a constant search for innovative, efficient strategies. She values teamwork, empathy, and personal growth—and is passionate about helping others develop and succeed.

Rasa joined Inchcape Lithuania in 2025 as Head of Legal. She is responsible for overseeing all legal matters in Lithuania - ensuring business legal compliance, legal risks mitigation, managing contracts, data protection processes. Her role also includes representing the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, contributing to both local and international legal initiatives within the group.

With more than 15 years of professional experience, Rasa is a highly skilled business law attorney. Before joining Inchcape, she worked with top-tier law firms across the Baltics and Central Eastern Europe, representing clients in complex commercial disputes and advising on key agreements. Since 2014, she has been a licensed member of the Lithuanian Bar Association.

In addition to her legal practice, Rasa actively contributes to the legal community. She delivers lectures on key legal topics, participates in conferences and serves as a member of the Advisory Committee of the Lithuanian Bar Association.

Greta joined Inchcape Lithuania in 2021 as the Head of Finance & Insurance. Over the past four years, she has successfully led the department to +50% growth, expanded team expertise, strengthened partnerships, improved operational processes, and delivered impactful development projects.

Before joining Inchcape, Greta spent 9 years in the banking sector—7 years at Luminor Bank and 2 years at SEB—gaining deep expertise in financial services, customer experience, and business development.

She values openness, strong team support, and a clear shared goal—principles that help drive continuous growth and improvement.

Augustina joined Inchcape Lithuania in 2019 as the Used Car Development Manager. Today, she leads the BYD brand and oversees the company's customer experience (CEX) strategy. Her role focuses on brand positioning, enhancing the customer journey, and strengthening client relationships.

With over 11 years of experience, Augustina has held various key positions in the automotive sector, including Product Group Manager, Key Account Manager for the Baltic region, Brand Manager for CIS markets, and Business Development Lead.

As a leader, Augustina values openness—believing it is the foundation of trust, growth, and meaningful connection. She sees truth-telling, even when it’s uncomfortable, as a form of respect. For her, respect means listening, embracing diverse perspectives, and creating space where people feel safe to be themselves. These principles guide her in building an environment that empowers teams to grow with confidence.

Oleg joined Inchcape Lithuania team in 2007 as a Mitsubishi Sales Executive. Over nearly two decades, he has grown steadily within the organization, taking on roles such as Senior Sales Executive, Brand Manager, Business Manager, and Branch Manager. Oleg now leads all retail and distribution operations in Ford, JLR and Mazda business across the market, ensuring smooth business operations and an excellent customer experience.

Oleg’s professional journey began abroad—in the United States hospitality sector, where he worked in customer service and restaurant management. Upon returning to Lithuania, he managed the restaurant at Novotel Vilnius Centre before transitioning to the automotive industry.

Oleg’s leadership is defined by empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, a clear vision, and a constant desire to learn and grow. He believes that listening to the team and focusing on long-term goals are key to sustainable business growth.

Lina joined Inchcape Lithuania in 2021 as Head of BMW Business in Vilnius. Since 2024, she has also led the BMW dealership in Klaipėda, where preparations are underway for a major expansion—a brand-new, modern facility set to open in 2026 and from October 2025 Lina is responsible for driving business performance, team building, and ensuring excellent customer experience in all BMW and BYD business locations in Lithhuania.

With over 15 years of professional experience, Lina has worked across diverse sectors—from real estate and multi-million investment management to IT services, hospitality, and the automotive industry. She has held executive roles at companies such as Centromera, Ortho Baltic, and the Achema Group, and has served on the boards of several organizations. This diverse background enables her to apply result-driven strategies and support sustainable growth in the complex automotive market.

Lina wants to be known for her honesty, ability to grow talent, innovative mindset, and out-of-the-box thinking – all of which help her achieve business goals together with an engaged team and satisfied customers.
