Fatoum Nizar is a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager with over 4 years of experience at Inchcape Djibouti and 7+ years in Commercial roles . A driven and ambitious professional , she is a driven salesmanager with oriented mind on scaling, solving complex challenges, and delivering results with a strategic mindset. Known for her problem-solving agility and ability to thrive under pressure and resilience to every work.

Robleh Khaireh Ali is a dedicated Health, Safety, and Facility Officer at Red Sea Automotive FZCO and Inchcape Djibouti Automotive SARL, a subsidiary of the global Inchcape group. He began his journey with the company in July 2023 as a Junior Logistics and Commercial Officer, following over a year and a half of experience in sales. His early role provided him with a strong foundation in logistics operations and commercial processes. In February 2025, Robleh transitioned into the HSE and Facility department, where he has since broadened his expertise in workplace safety, health standards, and facility management. This career shift marked a pivotal moment in his professional development, enabling him to take on greater responsibilities and contribute meaningfully to operational efficiency and employee well-being.

On a personal level, Robleh is the second-born and youngest in his family. He draws strength and inspiration from his mother, who remains a guiding presence in his life. The passing of his father in 2004 shaped his resilience and sense of responsibility from a young age. Robleh brings this same sense of dedication and care to his professional role, where he continues to grow as a committed and impactful team member.

Kaleab Ameneshewa is an experienced Aftersales Manager with over 8 years in the automotive industry, specializing in aftersales operations, project management, and automotive engineering lecturing. He successfully delivered the Inchcape Djibouti 3S facility project and currently oversees a multi-brand parts and service operation in Djibouti. Kaleab holds a master’s degree in automotive engineering, combining strong technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive service quality and operational efficiency.

Khalid Moussa Oumar is a seasoned expert in the field of IT and digital transformation with over 8 years of experience. He completed his university studies in Telecommunications Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration through a dual certificate program between Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU) and Staffordshire University (UK) in Malaysia. Prior to joining Inchcape Djibouti, Khalid served as an ICT Supervisor at Djibouti International Free Trade Zone, where he gained deep practical experience in enterprise systems and network infrastructure.

Since joining Inchcape Djibouti as IT Supervisor in 2022, Khalid has significantly contributed to advancing the company’s digital landscape. He pioneered the introduction of SAP, Incadea, CCTV system management, cybersecurity tools, and comprehensive BI reporting to support data-driven decision-making. Khalid also led the integration of Inchcape Djibouti with Inchcape’s global systems, aligning local operations with international standards in terms of efficiency, scalability, and security.

Khalid is the third-born in a family of five and has four siblings. He is deeply passionate about technology, human rights, and environmental causes, reflecting a strong commitment to both professional excellence and social responsibility.
