Yannis joined Inchcape Estonia as Managing Director in November 2024, having been a member of the Inchcape Group since 2020.

Prior to his current role, he led Financial Services & Insurance across the Inchcape Group, driving significant growth in Value-Added Services and establishing strategic global partnerships. Yannis initially joined Inchcape as Head of Business Analytics and Performance.

Bringing a broad international perspective, Yannis has developed extensive experience across diverse markets, specializing in growth strategy, transformation, and business expansion.

He holds a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from University College London and an MBA from INSEAD.

Raido joined Inchcape in 2025, bringing two decades of hands-on experience in the automotive sector. Starting in sales roles with brands like Opel, Chevrolet, Kia, Hyundai, and Toyota, he later moved into business management with Volkswagen, Škoda, used cars, and aftersales.

Known for his wide-ranging expertise and winning mentality, Raido is driven to deliver results and build strong teams.

Madis joined Inchcape in 2024, bringing 16 years of diverse experience in the automotive sector. He began his career in vehicle logistics as a mechanic and quickly progressed to lead accessory installations and PDI operations as a Production Manager. Over the years, he has worked across FSL and RAC business areas, managing both sales and operations, and also held operational leadership roles in the transportation industry.

Since spring 2025, Madis has been leading the Ford & Fleet business at Inchcape. His focus is on strengthening Ford’s market presence and building Inchcape’s success in the B2B segment by being a reliable and professional fleet partner to customers.

Rodion has been with Inchcape for over five years, bringing fresh perspective from his previous 22-year career in logistics with industry leaders like FedEx Express and GEFCO. During his time at Inchcape, he has held key roles across the Baltics, including leading the Used Cars business in Estonia and Latvia and supporting strategic cross-market projects.

Today, as BYD Business Manager, Rodion focuses on driving sustainable growth, expanding brand presence, and ensuring strong local performance in line with BYD’s global vision.

Chris recently rejoined Inchcape, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. His career has been built around sales and management, spanning both new and used cars, and he has worked with several well-known brands. Over the years, he has led teams, contributed to business development, and played a key role in shaping sales strategies.

At Inchcape, his focus is on driving sales growth, strengthening collaboration, and ensuring customers enjoy the best possible experience. With his extensive background, he brings structure, motivation, and valuable expertise to support the company’s business goals and brand growth.

Siim has been with Inchcape for four years and has built his career in the automotive industry for more than three decades. Starting as a Spare Parts Manager in 1994, he grew into technical training, product support, marketing, and dealer management roles for seven global brands. Today, he leads the JLR and Mazda retail business in Estonia, combining his deep experience in both sales and aftersales with a strong background at the importer level.

Cristian has been with Inchcape for almost six years and brings over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. With more than two decades of international experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and project management — including seven years in the United States — he has held leadership positions at Inchcape Chile, Nissan Chile, Toyota Chile, Latam Airlines, and Nike, Inc. Before joining Inchcape Estonia, he served as the Americas Director of F&I and Integration at Inchcape.

Cristian is passionate about developing teams and helping people grow, staying true to doing the right thing, and making sure that everyone enjoys what they do along the way.

Kristiina has been part of Inchcape for nearly two years, bringing rich HR leadership experience from sectors like banking, energy, and entertainment. She has held senior roles across the Baltics — including Head of People, HR Business Partner, and Diversity & Inclusion Lead — with a strong foundation in learning and development. Earlier in her career, Kristiina also worked in key account management, which gave her valuable commercial insight.

At Inchcape, she focuses on building an engaged, inclusive, and future-ready organization where people feel empowered to thrive. She believes that people strategies and business goals go hand in hand, and is passionate about creating a culture that supports growth, collaboration, and innovation.

Katre joined Inchcape Estonia in July 2025, returning to the automotive world after first working with the Volkswagen brand at Møller Auto in 2018. With a strong background in marketing and communications, she has led brand and customer projects across various industries, including four impactful years at SEB Bank.

At Inchcape, Katre leads both the marketing and customer experience teams, making sure they work hand-in-hand to deliver meaningful connections with customers. She believes great brands are built from the inside out, with authentic messaging and seamless customer journeys.

Evelyn has been with Inchcape for nearly five years, bringing over 20 years of experience in the IT field, including nine years in IT management. Although new to the automotive industry when joining Inchcape, cars have always been a personal passion — especially motorsports and classic American models.

With a background in financial management, she brings a well-rounded perspective to IT leadership. Her focus is on keeping systems, networks, and devices running smoothly, while continuously developing IT operations to support business growth. Together with the local IT team, she works to ensure that all employees at Inchcape Estonia can rely on seamless, worry-free technology every day.

Veikko brings over 25 years of automotive industry experience, including 15 years in the aftermarket managing wholesale and retail sales. He joined Inchcape five years ago as a BMW MINI Product Specialist and soon went on to build and lead the Estonian sales support team. Known for his dedication to precision and timing, Veikko ensures smooth operations from vehicle orders to final transactions.
