Artur joined Inchcape as Managing Director of Inchcape Belux in January 2024. He has extensive experience in the automotive industry and his career has been marked by significant contributions to major automotive companies where he has developed a comprehensive expertise in sales, aftersales, operations and customer service. First with Goodyear and Iveco and for the last 10 years with Toyota Motor Europe, where he has held a number of senior positions, most recently as Head of Commercial Operations for Lexus Europe. Artur holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics from AGH University of Krakow. He is based in Brussels, Belgium.

Joris Clavie is an experienced automotive leader with over 20 years in sales, network operations, and strategic management. Currently Managing Director at BYD Belux, he drives the growth of BYD’s electric mobility under Inchcape.

Before this, Joris spent nearly 7 years at Toyota Belgium (Inchcape), holding senior roles including Business Performance Director and Sales Director. He also held leadership positions at D’Ieteren, overseeing VW’s sales strategy and managing the launch of a new Porsche Centre.

Joris brings a strong mix of operational expertise and strategic vision, with deep roots in the Belgian automotive market.

With 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, I began my career at Inchcape Lexus Belgium in Sales Administration while simultaneously completing a Master in Business Administration at university. I advanced through roles in Sales Management and Retail Management at Lexus Belgium, and later gained valuable experience working for the largest Peugeot independent retail group, as well as Kia Europe as Belgium Sales Director, followed by Sales Director for Hyundai Belux, and Country Manager for e-LCV Maxus and SsangYong for Astara Group.

Since 2022, I have been serving (back) as the Used-car Director at Inchcape, where I successfully launched Bravoauto in Belgium and established the largest Toyota UC Center in Brussels. Currently, I am also responsible for Retail (Toyota/Lexus/Bravoauto), focusing on optimizing and improving the Inchcape Retail business in Belgium.

On a personal note, I am a father of two wonderful children (18 & 22). I am passionate about my work, maintain a good sense of humour, and enjoy fine dining and wine. In my leisure time, I love mountain biking, playing tennis, and traveling. Furthermore, I am the president of a non-profit association, La Pommeraie, based in Namur, Belgium, with a branch in Africa. The organization supports youths in difficulty by providing innovative solutions for their re-education and reintegration into society.

With four decades in the automotive industry, Lieve Vandenput has developed expertise in product planning, sales planning, and logistics. Recognised for her innovative approach to planning and supply chain optimization in the Belux market, she successfully led the implementation of a new ERP system that improved delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, Lieve enjoys spending time with her family and embracing her love for nature. Married with three sons and a grandson, she finds joy in living close to the forest and regularly hiking with friends and relatives, blending her passion for adventure with quality time spent outdoors.

Patrick has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, holding senior National Sales Company positions in Marketing, Sales, Sales Planning & Pricing, and General Management across two car brands and one motorcycle brand. He has also overseen Belgian dealerships and acted as Chief Operating Officer for a multinational retail group operating in Belgium and Luxembourg. 

Patrick is married and father of a daughter. He is a passionate petrolhead with a deep enthusiasm for cars, motorbikes, and airplanes — while remaining CO2 conscious. 

Valerie De Baere joined Inchcape in December 2021.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources, she has held local, regional, and global roles across various industries, including telecom, energy management, and now automotive. Valerie holds a degree in Political Sciences and has built deep expertise across all areas of HR.

At Inchcape Belux, she leads the People department and a team of HR professionals. She plays a key role in shaping and implementing people strategies that support business growth and operational goals, while embedding a strong people culture as a driver of transformation and future talent readiness. Valerie is passionate about people and committed to making Inchcape Belux a “simply irresistible” organisation that creates a positive impact on customers, employees, and society.

She lives in the Brussels area with her husband and their three teenage children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking in nature, practicing Pilates, and occasionally go to a concert.

Alexandra Monet joined Inchcape Belux in May 2021 as Head of Customer Experience, bringing 20 years of expertise in marketing, communication, digital and customer experience. She built her career through senior leadership roles in the telecom sector, including heading large-scale marketing divisions and in communication agencies, where she led strategic projects for major FMCG and telecom brands.

Since July 2023, she has combined her original responsibilities with a support role for other markets under the Toyota and Lexus brands. First as Head of Digital Performance for Europe Markets, and later as Director of Digital Performance Europe.

She has since advanced into her current role as Marketing & CX Director for Toyota/Lexus at Inchcape Belux, where she leads the customer experience and marketing strategy for Toyota & Lexus across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Passionate about sports and part of a hockey-loving family, Alexandra enjoys taking on personal challenges such as multi-day self-supported trail runs and long-distance walks. She finds balance and inspiration through creative hands-on projects, music, nature, yoga and organising travel with friends and family.

Neale Mulholland joined Inchcape in September 2018 as Group FP&A Manager, and recently in February 2025 as Finance Director, Inchcape Belux.

Neale is a qualified Chartered Accountant who brings a wealth of experience in finance roles, having worked across various industries including Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Investment Banking, and Audit before joining Inchcape. He has a strong background in financial management and strategic planning with a dedication to driving financial performance and ensuring sustainable growth. His diverse industry and market experience equips him with a unique skillset in the Automotive sector, where his expertise in financial planning and reporting helps optimise operations and enhance overall business performance and reporting.

Neale resides in London, splitting his time between the UK and Brussels. A passion for sports and travel, he enjoys keeping active and exploring the Continent with his family after moving over from New Zealand.
