Charnchai Mahantakhun (or Bee) is the Managing Director of Inchcape Thailand since Inchcape started operations in-country in 2016. He charts the business strategy and leads his team in managing the distribution and retail operations of Jaguar Land Rover, TATA Motors and the used vehicle business, bravoauto.

Bee has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, both directly with the OEM and with distributors and retailers. Brands include Lexus, BMW, Ferrari, Ducati, Triumph, Jaguar Land Rover and TATA Motors.

On a personal note, Bee is a family man and make it a point to spend quality time with them. On weekends, he takes on hobbies such as squash, guitar, DJing, camping, and playing football with colleagues.

Apisit Taisedtawatkul is the Aftersales Director of Inchcape Thailand, overseeing the multi-brand aftersales and services operations. Under his leadership, the team achieved increased workshop turnover and efficiencies, and exceeded Parts Sales and Labour Sold Hour targets. Prior to this role, Apisit was the General Manager for Jaguar Land Rover, looking after the sales and aftersales functions.

Apisit has a breadth of experience in the automotive industry. Prior to Inchcape, was the General Manager or Daimler Commercial Vehicles (Thailand) and Commercial Manager (Southeast Asia & Philippines) of Volvo Group.

Kanyanan Vasurojjnathip is the Sales Director of Passenger Cars at Inchcape Thailand. Her role focuses on driving growth in sales and revenue, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Prior to this role, Kanyanan was the Retail Sales Manager for Jaguar and Land Rover. She joined Inchcape with more than 20 years of experience in automotive sales. Kanyanan is a seasoned sales professional with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of success in navigating the competitive automotive market in Thailand.

Waew Soongsawang is the Business Development Manager at Inchcape Thailand. Prior to this, Waew was the Senior Marketing Manager where she developed strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth and success of Jaguar and Land Rover in Thailand.

During Waew’s stint, she led the team through many successes including strategic partnership development, contract negotiation and successful brand launches. Waew also plays a critical role in building stakeholder relationships for Jaguar, Land Rover, Bravoauto and Tata Motors.

Waew joined Inchcape in 2016 with more than 15 years of Marketing experience in the automotive industry. Her experience includes driving marketing campaigns, affiliate marketing, advertising, data analytics, website content, SEO and SEM.

Sunisa Wimuktanon is the Distribution Manager for Inchcape Thailand. Sunisa oversees the distribution process for Jaguar, Land Rover and Tata Motors, with end-to-end coverage from importation to inland logistics and vehicle handover to customers. Sunisa also played a critical role in the launch of Tata Motors by Inchcape where she led the homologation process.

Sunisa joined Inchcape with more than 10 years of automotive industry experience across the functions of sales, distribution and planning coordination. Her experiences at Nissan Trading (Thailand) and Triumph Motorcycles (Thailand) enabled her to build a robust understanding of importation, incoterms, shipping and inland procedures for Thailand.

Chekthep Suteesopon is the Head of Finance at Inchcape Thailand. Joined in 2019, Chekthep managed the Finance, Accounting and Procurements functions for the market, and has since progressed from a Finance Manager to the Head of Finance.

 Chekthep started his career at Ernst & Young on Role Assurance Services and over the years gained finance and accounting experiences across multiple organisations in the manufacturing, retail and waste management industries. Chekthep also holds the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certification for continual upskilling and understanding of trends in the Finance profession.

Nattha Puangput is the Manager, People Business Partner at Inchcape Thailand since December 2017. Nattha is a strategic partner to the business on People and internal communication matters including fostering the One Inchcape culture, driving continuous learning, and managing HR policies, talent acquisition and talent development practices. Nattha also oversees the health & safety and facilities management functions, and plays a pivotal role in driving the market’s Responsible Business initiatives.

Nattha joined Inchcape with over 18 years of HR experience in leading talent acquisition, training and development, payroll and general HR management across the luxury distribution and retail operations at Luxasia (Siam) and entertainment industry at Merlin Entertainments Group.
