Inchcape has launched a state-of-the-art dent removal and paint workshop in Chile, a new benchmark for premium automotive aftersales and a major milestone in the execution of its Accelerate+ strategy.
Optimise in action
The workshop is a clear expression of Optimise, a key growth driver of Inchcape’s Accelerate+ strategy. By leveraging the company’s unique global distribution platform, we deliver the most efficient, effective and sustainable solutions for OEMs and create great experiences for customers, helping to retain them and create more value for Inchcape.
By combining advanced technology, certified processes and specialist talent in a single hub, the facility helps streamline operations while delivering a superior experience for OEM partners, insurers and customers.
"This project reflects our commitment to excellence. We are proud that it was conceived and developed in Chile and that today it sets a new standard for our global operations," said Jorge Maldonado, General Manager of Inchcape Southern Cone, which integrates the markets of Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay.

A new benchmark for premium aftersales
Designed by local suppliers, built to European standards and powered 100% by renewable energy, the new centre is in Lo Boza, Pudahuel, with a 5,000 m² workshop and a 10,000 m² storage yard.
Dedicated to the premium brands Inchcape represents in the Chilean market – BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, Porsche, Jaguar, Volvo and Land Rover – the centre has a capacity for 350 vehicles per month, projected up to 450, and is designed to provide a high-quality, consistent experience across all stages of the repair journey.
From precision repairs to optimised cycle times, the workshop highlights how innovation and operational excellence can redefine what customers expect from premium aftersales.
Sustainability and future-ready capabilities
The new facility operates with 100% electric systems, uses water-based paints and is powered by certified renewable energy, positioning it as a benchmark for sustainability in the automotive industry.
The centre is also certified to repair electric vehicles and is equipped with EV chargers, supporting the transition to new energy vehicles.

Specialist talent and regional leadership
A team of dedicated specialists have been trained to operate the new centre, combining craftsmanship and technology to ensure that every repair meets the expectations of premium-brand customers, while reinforcing trust in Inchcape’s aftersales offering.
“For this workshop, more than 100 specialists have been trained to international standards in Europe and the United States, working every day to make this level of service a reality. With this, we seek to elevate premium aftersales in Chile, designing, innovating, and executing world-class solutions with regional and global impact,” said Alejandro Richard, Director of Premium Brands at Inchcape Chile.
