Job Title: Administrative Sales Supervisor

Our team is looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Administrative Sales Supervisor to oversee Sales Administration operations and ensure accurate vehicle invoicing, funding, reporting, and compliance across the dealership.
This role plays a critical part in safeguarding financial controls, supporting Sales and F&I partners, and maintaining smooth month-end close processes while leading a high-performing administrative team.
What you’ll do
- Lead Sales Administration operations, including deal processing, invoicing, funding, registrations, inventories, audits, and month-end close activities.
- Partner closely with F&I Managers, Sales leaders, banks, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely funding, collections, and repossession recovery.
- Maintain strong financial controls by overseeing dealer plates, key control, promotional programs, internal sales, commissions, insurance products, and compliance audits.
- Prepare, reconcile, and distribute monthly sales, revenue cutoff, F&I, insurance, inventory, and regulatory reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Resolve CDK system issues and workflow gaps while driving continuous process improvement across Sales Administration.
- Train, supervise, and cross-train team members to ensure coverage, consistency, and high performance.
- Deliver responsive support to Sales and Finance teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
About you
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting preferred
- 2–3 years’ experience in an automotive dealership preferred
- Leadership capability with prior supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Guam Driver’s License
