Our IT Operations platform is looking for a Network Specialist to support and enhance our global network operations, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of business-critical network services across multiple markets.
What you'll do
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise network services including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching, internet connectivity, DNS/DHCP, NAT, and network access.
- Provide hands-on support for Cisco Meraki environments, including switches, wireless access points, dashboards, monitoring, configuration validation, and troubleshooting. Cisco Meraki experience is mandatory.
- Manage and troubleshoot Fortinet technologies, including FortiGate, firewall policies, routing, VPN connectivity, security rules, and operational issues. Fortinet experience is mandatory.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities, including root cause analysis, major incident support, implementation planning, rollback procedures, and service improvements.
- Support global network initiatives such as office deployments, infrastructure refreshes, firewall changes, SD-WAN improvements, Wi-Fi standardization, network optimization, and cloud-connected environments.
- Contribute to network governance by maintaining documentation, diagrams, inventories, standards, operational procedures, and compliance with global network practices.
- Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, automation, reporting, and scripting initiatives. Experience or interest in Python, Cisco DevNet, APIs, network automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts is highly valued.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network operations, network engineering, or infrastructure support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Fortinet technologies.
- Solid understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, network segmentation, firewall policies, VPNs, and enterprise networking.
- Experience supporting large-scale corporate or global network environments.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
