Over the past five years, Inchcape’s Digital Delivery Centres (DDCs) have become an important part of how we deliver our Accelerate+ strategy, helping bring together digital, data and analytics to drive growth across our markets, provide better experiences for our customers and deliver stronger results for our OEM partners.
What started as a transformation programme is now a global capability that is helping us harness data, analytics and AI to move faster, operate smarter and deliver better experiences for our customers and partners.
This progress is being driven by our 1,200 colleagues across two centres and the combined power of our data and analytics capabilities (DAP), digital experience platform (DXP), and global technology foundations brought to life by teams across IT operations, Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) and Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and Cybersecurity. Together, they are enabling:
-
Revenue and commercial performance, through data-led pricing, planning and digital products
-
Efficiency at scale, through automation and standardised delivery
-
Better, faster decisions, through consistent, real-time insight
-
Stronger customer experiences, through end-to-end digital journeys
-
A scalable global platform, supporting growth and resilience
From data to decisions: driving commercial value through DAP
We have built a single, global data platform that uses AI to provide consistent, self-serve insights across the business focusing on vehicle and parts pricing and sales and operations planning as well as finance and insurance. This means teams have access to real-time performance data and a predictive view of demand and market conditions, helping them make faster, better-informed decisions. This marks a clear shift from reactive reporting to insight-led planning that directly supports performance.

Delivering better customer experiences at scale with DXP
At the same time, we’ve made it easier to build and deliver digital experiences across our markets through a more standardised approach. This means we can roll out new features more quickly, helping us deliver better customer journeys — from searching and comparing vehicles through to buying, booking and picking up in-store. With improved visibility of customer behaviour, teams can also make smarter decisions to improve campaigns, increase conversion and track performance more effectively. The result is a more connected experience for customers and stronger outcomes for the business.
These capabilities are underpinned by other technology foundations. Through IT Operations, ERP & DMS, and Cybersecurity, the DDCs help provide the secure, reliable and scalable platforms that support business performance, enable operational consistency across markets and strengthen our ability to grow with confidence.
These results have only been possible because of the dedication, expertise and collaboration of our teams across the DDC network and our colleagues in market – thank you for your contributions.
With strong foundations in place and clear priorities on where digital and data can create the most value, we are focused on scaling what works, accelerating delivery and continuing to support the business in achieving its strategic ambitions.
“By bringing together digital, data and analytics expertise, our Digital Delivery Centres have empowered our markets to provide better customer experiences, make smarter commercial decisions and deliver stronger results for our OEM partners. Looking ahead, they will continue to play an important role in helping Inchcape drive growth, strengthen partnerships and create value across our global business.”
