Our Jaguar Land Rover Marketing team is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us in Vilnius or Kaunas. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support our digital marketing and CRM activities across the Baltics, coordinating initiatives with agencies, retailers and internal teams. You will help deliver high-quality digital campaigns, customer journeys and digital experiences that contribute to lead generation, customer retention and the continuous improvement of digital performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work closely with media and creative agencies, coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality execution and challenging partners to achieve the best possible results.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, retailers and regional colleagues to successfully deliver digital marketing initiatives across the Baltic markets.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities across CRM, websites, paid media and marketing automation, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
- Monitor and analyse campaign, website and CRM performance, translate insights into clear recommendations and continuously identify opportunities to improve results.
- Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across Google, Meta, CRM and other digital channels together with agency partners.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, AI and emerging technologies, proactively bringing new ideas and opportunities to the business.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will be:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing or marketing automation, including collaborating with agencies and coordinating digital marketing activities.
- A good understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including paid media, SEO, SEM, website analytics and customer journey optimisation.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms and CMS; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another CRM platform would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with agencies, retailers and cross-functional teams; professional fluency in Lithuanian and English.
- A proactive, curious and results-oriented approach, with strong ownership, accountability and an interest in digital innovation, AI technologies and customer experience.
