With an international perspective, over the past twenty years, Mike has built a successful career working in different markets, with a strong emphasis on business growth and expansion. His strategic approach to partnerships has been instrumental in enhancing Inchcape's market position, accelerating our sustainability initiatives and ensuring we are the best partner for original equipment manufacturers and customers.

Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry in different countries such as Chile, Peru, Bolivia, and Colombia, obtaining distribution and positioning, together with large teams, of various brands and products with different characteristics, identities, and target segments. Emilio has extensive experience negotiating and leading work groups in different countries. He has been part of Inchcape since January 2023.

With over 25 years of experience leading Human Resources departments, Monica has developed her career in multinational companies such as Shell, Varta, and Sika, in local and regional roles for Latin America and the Southern Cone.

She joined Inchcape in February 2021 as Human Resources Director for Colombia, and since then has led the talent agenda in the country, driving transformation and cultural integration processes, leadership development, and support during key moments of organisational change. Thanks to her strategic vision and human approach, she took on the role of Vice President of People for Inchcape Americas in July 2025, consolidating her leadership in the region.

Monica holds a degree in Psychology from the Javeriana University, with a specialisation in Human Resources Management from the University of the Andes and a Management Development Programme (PDD) from the Inalde Business School.

With over 20 years of international experience in various financial management roles at British American Tobacco, Ignacio joined Inchcape in January 2023 as CFO for the Americas.

Ignacio has extensive business, leadership and motivational skills and an outstanding track record in business turnaround, global operations transformation, high-performance team development and delivering results that maximise shareholder value.

He studied Finance at the University of Buenos Aires, holds an MBA from IDEA and has postgraduate studies in finance at NYU Stern, INSEAD and Columbia Business School.

Claudia is responsable of driving the regional strategy for excellence in distribution and value-added services, including logistics, network, financing and insurance, and after-sales. She also leads the digital strategy for the entire Americas region.

Rodrigo is Legal & Regulatory Compliance Director for Inchcape Americas and Chile. He is a lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry and more than 20 years in total.

Rodrigo graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois, and previous work experience in consumer goods and distribution companies, as well as law firms in both Chile and the United States (New York).

Rodrigo specialises in regulation, compliance, corporate law and competition law.

Since 2020, he has been the leader of the Practices pillar within Inchcape's global sustainability agenda.

Roberto holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from the Catholic University of Chile and has over 35 years of experience in the automotive sector.

Previously, he served as head of transformation at Inchcape Americas, managing director of Inchcape Chile/Argentina, and for 15 years was regional director of Subaru, where he positioned the brand among the top five globally in terms of volume in the Chilean market, achieving an 80% share of sales for Inchcape in Latin America.

He also led the acquisition of a majority stake in the Chilean distributor of luxury brands (Ditec, 2022) and the rapid development of the Geely brand in Chile, where it reached the top position in the region in 2022.

He has extensive experience with Japanese OEMs and premium brands, as well as strong leadership, team management, negotiation and M&A skills.

Industrial Engineer from Texas A&M University, with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Tulane University and more than 25 years of experience in the automotive and business sectors in sales and general management positions.

He has more than 5 years of experience at Inchcape Americas in senior management positions. Initially, as General Manager of Subaru, BYD and DFSK for Colombia and Peru, and later as Managing Director of Inchcape Peru. In May 2022, he took on the role of Director of the IMO (Integration Management Office Director), key to the Derco acquisition.

He then took on the role of Managing Director of CARCAM (Caribbean and Central America Market), which includes the Caribbean, Costa Rica and Panama, until September 2024, when he went on to lead the Chile team, also as Managing Director.

He focuses on profitability for the company and its shareholders and the efficient management of human talent, resources and innovation.

Marco has over 25 years of experience in the automotive sector, including eight years at Inchcape Americas in various management roles (MD Inchcape Chile, M&A Director Americas, and MD Inchcape Daimler Americas). In January 2023, he took on the role of Managing Director of the Inchcape MACAM (Multibrand Automotive Cluster Americas) cluster, which operates in seven markets: Mercedes-Benz Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Santa María la Antigua in Panama and is known for his strategic vision of the automotive sector and for being an inspiring, focused and good communicator for the teams he leads.

Pablo is a civil engineer from the Catholic University of the North in Chile and held senior management positions at Derco in the machinery sector for more than 10 years.

Before taking on the role of MD of Machinery, he was General Manager of Imcruz, joining Inchcape Americas in January 2023 as Managing Director of Inchcape Bolivia.

During his time with this operation, Inchcape Bolivia was recognised by the Merco awards as one of the 10 companies with the best corporate reputation, and additionally, at the Maya Awards, it was ranked as the best automotive importer in Bolivia and Suzuki as the best automotive brand in the country.

Pablo was ranked as one of the 40 BEST CEOs in Bolivia according to the media outlet ‘Bolivian Business,’ occupying a position in the TOP 10 of this ranking.

Héctor joined Inchcape in March 2020 as General Manager for the Mercedes-Benz Colombia brand, once Inchcape acquired the Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars & Vans operation from Daimler Colombia.

During his four years of business management at Inchcape as MD of Mercedes-Benz, Héctor stood out for his strong leadership, negotiation, planning and sales skills, which led him, among other reasons, to take on the role of General Manager of Inchcape in the country.

He has 25 years of experience in planning, distribution, sales and marketing in multinational and national companies in various sectors of the economy, 20 of which have been related to the automotive sector in companies such as Shell Oil, Kia Motors and Inchcape Daimler Colombia (Mercedes Benz).

Matías is a Commercial Engineer with nearly ten years of experience in the automotive industry.

Before taking on the role of MD of the CARCAM Cluster, he served as MD of Bolivia, where he stood out for his connection with the local team. Previously, he held the position of Director of Retail & Network, where he was challenged with leading the integration process of Dercocenter's and Inchcape Retail's retail operations.

Andreani joined Derco in 2014 as Assistant Corporate Manager of Compensation and Planning. He later took on the role of Customer Manager, a position he held until 2020. Then, between 2020 and 2021, he led the People, Customer and Sustainability Management team, before taking on the role of Manager of the Dercocenter Network in Chile.

Diego has nearly 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. Throughout his career, he has held various roles in brand, product, sales, and management at some of the industry's most iconic companies. This diverse background has allowed him to build a well-rounded and strategic perspective, enabling him to manage the business with a broad and integrated approach.

With over 16 years of experience in the automotive industry, Michelle Noriega has been instrumental in the evolution of Inchcape Americas in the region.

Previously, she held strategic roles at Derco Peru, where she led the Administration & Finance, SAP Project, and Controllership departments.

In 2016, she joined Imcruz as Controllership Manager, then moved on to Customer Service, Marketing, and Transformation. Her most recent position was Director of Distribution and After-Sales Excellence in Bolivia, where she drove innovative processes that have positively strengthened the company's operations.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Mario Correa represents the Mercedes-Benz brand in Colombia and the Caribbean through Inchcape Americas. Previously, he worked for almost five years in sales and product management for passenger cars and vans for the same brand. His career has allowed him to demonstrate his ability to drive growth and operational excellence.

Carlos Pineda began his career in the automotive industry in 2006. Throughout his nearly 20 years in the sector, he has held various positions, standing out for his deep knowledge of the business.

His previous position within the company was Director of the Automotive Division at Inchcape Colombia and Interim General Manager of Inchcape in the Caribbean, Barbados and Puerto Rico markets.

With a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Francisco Marroquín University, María Isabel has over 18 years of experience in multinational companies such as Philip Morris and PepsiCo, where she stood out for her focus on impactful execution and driving commercial transformations with a focus on people, efficiency, and sustainable results.
