A rigorous, evidence‑based certification
The Top Employer certification is globally recognised and awarded only to organisations that demonstrate excellence across every aspect of the employee experience.
To achieve certification, organisations must complete the Institute’s comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey, which examines 243 questions across six core domains: people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning diversity, equity & inclusion, and wellbeing.
Once submitted, all documentation undergoes a thorough external validation phase to help ensure the certification is not only comprehensive but independently verified and globally consistent.

This year's certification marks another period of significant progress. Inchcape Belux recorded a 5% increase compared to last year and a 10% rise over two years, showing consistent improvement in nearly every area. When measured against global peers - by industry, region, size, and workforce makeup - these results underscore the development and growing impact of our people & culture strategies.
