Atkins Kroll is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Service Agent to join our ABP team in Tinian. In this role, you will help maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of rental and fleet vehicles while supporting daily customer transportation and operational needs.

What you’ll do

• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to maintain company presentation standards
• Transport vehicles and customers safely as directed by management or rental staff
• Monitor vehicle condition, fuel levels, and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Assist with light vehicle maintenance such as fluid replenishment, tire checks, and wiper replacement
• Maintain an organized and orderly vehicle lot and assist with fleet coordination activities
• Support customers and visitors with professional and friendly service
• Assist with errands, administrative support, and other operational tasks as needed

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid CNMI Driver’s License required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic vehicle knowledge and willingness to perform light maintenance tasks
