ICATS Motors Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven Changan Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As the primary liaison between customers and the service department, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience by ensuring efficient service coordination and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them with their vehicle service and maintenance needs.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspections and accurately identify customer concerns.
• Prepare repair orders, service quotations, and cost estimates.
• Explain recommended repairs, maintenance requirements, and service timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with Service Technicians, Parts Department, and Warranty Personnel to ensure smooth workshop operations.
• Monitor repair progress and provide regular service updates to customers.
• Ensure all service documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and policies.
• Perform quality checks before vehicle release to ensure all requested work has been completed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive service retention and customer loyalty.
• Achieve service department performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or in a customer-facing automotive role.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and dealership management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer concerns effectively.
• Must possess a valid professional or non-professional driver's license with a good driving record.
• Experience in an automotive dealership environment is an advantage.
