Inchcape has launched “Our Inchcape story – powered by our people”, a global colleague engagement approach designed to strengthen the connection between culture, leadership and delivery of the company’s Accelerate+ strategy.
At the heart of the approach is a simple belief: strategy is delivered through people.
Every day, across more than 40 markets, Inchcape’s 16,000+ colleagues bring Accelerate+ to life through the work they do, the customers and partners they support, the teams they lead and the standards they set.
The launch builds on colleague feedback, which highlighted an opportunity to make Accelerate+ clearer, more relevant and more connected to everyday work. In response, Inchcape is evolving how it engages colleagues across the business, with a greater focus on helping leaders and managers create meaningful conversations, recognise great work and connect teams to the company’s shared ambition.
