Atkins Kroll is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Lot Agent to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, organization, and readiness of vehicles across the dealership lot, showroom, and display areas. You will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are clean, properly positioned, and prepared for customer viewing and delivery.

What you'll do
• Maintain dealership lots, showroom displays, and vehicle inventory in a clean, organized, and customer-ready condition
• Move, park, and arrange vehicles to maximize lot space, support sales activities, and maintain dealership standards
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, tire pressure, fuel levels, and overall presentation, reporting any issues promptly
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring interiors and exteriors meet dealership quality standards
• Assist customers by greeting them and directing them to the appropriate dealership personnel
• Support vehicle inventory management by tracking vehicle locations, maintaining key control, and verifying vehicle information
• Assist with special events, vehicle deliveries, lot maintenance, and other operational tasks as assigned
About you
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Guam Driver’s License required
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a variety of vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude with strong customer service and teamwork skills
