Our Finance department is seeking an FP&A Manager to join our team and serve as the executional lead for the revenue modelling and forecasting process across the CARCAM region.
S/he will provide financial support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, analysis and other projects requested. This function acts as the analytical engine to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for the hands-on execution of revenue modelling, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business drivers. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
- Present clear and actionable financial insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure early visibility and mitigation plans are in place.
- Enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency through automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, KNIME, Excel models).
- Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth initiatives.
- Mentor and develop FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Business partner to stakeholders across CARCAM to support business planning and decision making.
- Partner with business units to ensure assumptions are realistic and aligned with company strategy.
- Advise leadership on profitability, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
- Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Build and maintain multi-scenario revenue models that reflect business dynamics and support strategic decision-making
- Act as a financial advisor to ensure alignment between operational execution and financial goals
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive performance.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Bring proven experience in financial reporting and FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in an international business environment.
Be fluent in both Spanish and English.
Demonstrate advanced financial modeling skills and strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
Have a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Display exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a results-driven mindset.
