Here's how your day will look:

  • Leading the development of Inchcape’s digital presence using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM, aligning with the regional digital Centre of Excellence (CoE) for optimal customer experience.
  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing paid Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) campaigns in collaboration with media agencies to maximize ROI and achieve strategic marketing objectives.
  • Aligning digital marketing technologies with business and customer experience goals to effectively engage target consumers and existing customers.
  • Focusing on lead nurturing, marketing automation, website development, and performance tracking.
  • Organizing and managing all digital assets across the JLR customer journey, tracking systems (GA), CMS, Consent Management Platform, just to name a few.
  • Assisting with marketing automation and CRM platforms in line with business objectives, using data and technology for a seamless customer experience.
  • Managing and executing digital asset upgrade projects in line with organizational goals.
  • Ensuring effective communication and content delivery across multiple digital channels, including website management and marketing automation platforms.
  • Staying abreast of new technologies and functionalities in digital marketing and automation.
  • Working with web agency for competitive website performance and content updates.
  • Measuring and analysing marketing automation and CRM metrics, including Salesforce Journey metrics and CRM metrics, for strategic improvements.

  • You are proficient in digital marketing strategies and CRM optimization.
  • You are familiar with digital media, and understanding of UI of the leading digital marketing platforms: GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager
  • You have at least basic understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEO/SEM), as well as content creation.
  • You have strong skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other CRM systems.
  • You are able to analyse and interpret customer data for strategic decision-making.
  • You have experience with website management and digital asset coordination.
  • You have effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • You are familiar with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, such as for example LLMs and other AI solutions.
  • You have project management skills, especially in digital and CRM-related projects.
  • You are capable to innovate and adapt in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
  • You have bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or digital
