Our People team is seeking a Communications Manager Americas to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for leading the integrated internal and external communications strategy, acting as a strategic advisor to the regional leadership team, including the Regional CEO. This role requires strong strategic thinking, the ability to influence at senior levels, and proven experience operating within multinational and matrix organizations.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development and execution of the regional communications strategy, aligned with business and Group objectives.
  • Act as a trusted strategic communications advisor to the Regional CEO and leadership team, including ownership of executive communications plans.
  • Define and lead integrated internal and external communication campaigns that strengthen corporate reputation, employee engagement, and organizational alignment.
  • Manage and optimize regional communication channels, ensuring consistent, relevant, and engaging content.
  • Lead communications for strategic initiatives, including transformation programs and potential M&A and integration processes.
  • Act as regional brand champion, ensuring alignment with Inchcape’s tone of voice, visual identity, and corporate narrative.
  • Develop and lead crisis communication and reputation management strategies, ensuring preparedness and effective regional coordination.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, ideally within multinational organizations. 
  • Proven experience advising senior leaders and executive teams.
  • Strong background in internal and external communications, as well as corporate reputation management.
  • Experience managing crisis communications and complex communication environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency
