The Porsche Center Santiago opens its doors after being redesigned following the brand's new corporate identity. It now features specialized areas that bring the brand closer to its customers in a more immersive way, where hospitality, digitalization, and personalized attention are fundamental elements, including an exclusive area dedicated to the delivery of new vehicles.

After a dedicated and comprehensive renovation, Porsche, a brand distributed in Chile by Inchcape, reopens the doors of its iconic branch in La Dehesa, Santiago, now completely transformed under the guidelines of “Destination Porsche,” the brand's new global design and experience standard. This remodeling, implemented for the first time in the country, represents much more than an architectural update: it is a new way of experiencing the Porsche brand, more connected, personalized, and innovative.

With an intervened area of 2,400 m2, the renovated Porsche Center Santiago was designed to bring the brand closer to its customers from a more immersive perspective, where hospitality, digitalization, and personalized attention take center stage. This new space aims to become a benchmark for the national automotive industry and joins the already inaugurated Porsche spaces in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.

“This reopening is a milestone for the premium segment in Chile, where we take the customer experience to a new level, integrating technology, design, and hospitality as essential parts of our service. We want every visit to be unique and reflect the spirit of the brand in every detail,” said Alejandro Richard, Automotive Premium Director of Inchcape Chile.

“Destination Porsche is the materialization of our vision: it is not enough to manufacture the best sports cars in the world; we must also offer an environment and service that are worthy of our legacy. This new Porsche Center Santiago is the reflection of that philosophy,” stated Vicente Díaz, Porsche Manager in Chile.

One of the major innovations is the incorporation of thematic and interactive zones, transforming the experience from a traditional visit to a dynamic and completely personalized one. One of these new areas is the Porscheplatz, a warm and welcoming space designed as a meeting point and destination for customers, where they can enjoy a coffee, work, or simply relax in the best Porsche environment. Additionally, the completely renovated and relocated Porsche Lifestyle store will showcase the brand's latest collections, including clothing, accessories, and design items.

Another key area is the Fitting Lounge, an enclosed environment that allows customers to configure their Porsche personally with a sales consultant. Materials, colors, finishes, and technologies can be explored in detail so that each vehicle faithfully reflects its owner's personality. Once the configuration is complete, this same space transforms into the Owner’s Collection, where new owners receive the Porsche they designed through a unique delivery experience.

Meanwhile, the E-Performance area reinforces Porsche's commitment to electromobility. Porsche Center Santiago will feature 2 direct current chargers of 180 kW—among the most powerful available in the country. Additionally, the branch has 06 additional AC charging points for customers and test vehicles.

At the new Porsche Center Santiago, the role of a Host is introduced: a team member specifically dedicated to accompanying the customer throughout their visit, providing an even smoother and more personalized experience. This addition reinforces Porsche's commitment to close, warm attention that meets the highest standards of premium hospitality.

With this reopening, Porsche—represented in Chile by Inchcape Americas—takes another step in consolidating its position as a leader in the luxury segment, reaffirming its commitment to innovation, excellence in service, and sustainability.
