- The first official store of the brand, which arrived in Chile through Inchcape, offers customisation services, iconic accessories, and spaces designed to provide the full experience of the legendary American brand.
More than 10 models on display, motorcycle customisation services, emblematic brand accessories, and spaces specially designed for enthusiasts are some of the features of the Harley-Davidson® showroom, a space that, during its first months of operation, has already welcomed over 2,000 fans.
The legendary American motorcycle brand arrived in the country at the end of 2024, brought by Inchcape, the world's leading independent automotive distributor, and in March of this year opened the doors of its showroom to customers.

Store features
The Harley-Davidson® showroom, positioned as the brand's first store in the country, is located at Av. Las Condes 13033. It spans 800 m2 across two floors, featuring iconic spaces for the American brand and its enthusiasts.
The space was inspired by the concept of the “Fuel Facility program,” aiming to convey a sense of dynamism or intensity through its decoration and ambiance. This makes the store stand out with its dark tones and finishes in wood, metal, and leather.
“The store aims to be a meeting point for the country's motorcycling community, where customers can experience the brand with differentiated service and access our aftersales services. Currently, on Saturdays, we manage to attract between 50 and 100 Harley riders who come with their motorcycles to our showroom and enjoy our experience”, Grohnert assured.
To date, there are more than 10 motorcycle models on display, including the iconic Fat Boy and Heritage. In addition, visitors can access a wide range of brand accessories, such as leather jackets, safety gear for motorcyclists, and general apparel. This is complemented by spaces such as a barbecue area for community events, motorcycle and apparel customisation services, a café, and differentiated service.
Regarding opening hours, customers can visit the store Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00, and Saturdays between 10:00 and 14:00.
