Imcruz – Inchcape Bolivia reaffirms its commitment to the country, innovation, and gender equity with the appointment of Michelle Noriega as the new General Manager, a position she has held since 1 March. Noriega replaces Matías Andreani, who is taking on a new challenge in another operation of the company, continuing his successful career within Inchcape.
This change marks a milestone for Imcruz, as Michelle becomes the first woman to hold a key leadership position in the global network of Inchcape Americas, which spans 14 countries, including Bolivia. Furthermore, the company strengthens its commitment to internal talent development, supported by Noriega's solid track record within the organisation.
With over 16 years of experience in the automotive industry, she has been instrumental in the evolution of Inchcape in the region. Her experience includes strategic roles at Derco Perú, where she led the Administration & Finance, SAP Project, and Controllership areas. In 2016, she joined Imcruz as Controllership Manager, later moving on to lead Customers, Marketing, and Transformation. Her most recent role was as Director of Distribution Excellence and After-Sales Business in Bolivia, where she drove innovative processes that have positively strengthened the company's operations.
Michelle has established herself as one of the most prominent leaders in the country, being recognised for four consecutive years in the Merco Leaders ranking. Additionally, she has been part of the Top 10 women with the best reputation in Bolivia, an achievement that highlights her solid career, strategic focus, and ability to drive positive change in her environment.
