Inclusion and diversity at Inchcape Americas!
A few days ago in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, two of our colleagues, Carlos Camacho and Aldair Urey, shared their experience working at our company using sign language. Their teammates were instrumental in this initiative, as they also learned to communicate in this way.
We also met Ericka Rivero, an intern in the workshop, who highlighted how enriching her experience at the company has been.
