With an increase in vehicle reservations and active participation in the online channel, Inchcape successfully concluded another edition of Cyber Day, held between 2 and 4 June, with an extension of offers until Sunday, 8 June. During the event, the company offered discounts of up to 28% on new cars and exclusive promotions on maintenance services, which generated a positive response from customers across the country.
During the event days, the company significantly exceeded its reservation target, achieving over 170% of the projected goal and surpassing even the results obtained in the 2024 campaign. The most reserved brands, available at www.dercocenter.cl and branches nationwide, were GWM, Suzuki, and Changan, reflecting the portfolio's appeal and competitiveness. The models Mazda CX-5, New Haval Jolion, and Suzuki Baleno stood out among the most reserved by customers.
In parallel, the campaign included promotions on maintenance services, achieving over 90% fulfilment of the available stock, further consolidating the growth of the online aftersales channel.
“The performance of this campaign confirms that our customers value a seamless, transparent digital experience with clear value propositions. The premium segment also achieved strong results. BMW Group Chile -distributed by Inchcape in the country- recorded a 62% increase in sales compared to the previous year. This included reservations for the BMW 118 Dynamic model, Mini Cooper Aceman, tyre sales, and motorcycling items under the BMW Motorrad brand.
With this conclusion, the company reaffirms its commitment to a robust, customer-centric digital experience, strengthening its leadership in the national automotive ecosystem.
