- With 41 years of experience in Bolivia, the company is committed to innovation and sustainability, incorporating a modern multi-brand exhibition space with optimised areas and superior standards that enhance the experience for customers and colleagues.
Imcruz – Inchcape Bolivia, a leader in the automotive sector in the country with over four decades of experience, unveiled the comprehensive renovation of its Central House in Santa Cruz. This strategic investment reaffirms its commitment to sustainable growth and to providing its customers with a world-class automotive experience.
The renovated showroom features a modern and dynamic multi-brand format, harmoniously integrating the brands it represents in Bolivia — Suzuki, Mazda, Subaru, Renault, Changan, and JAC — including hybrid and electric models. The design respects each brand's identity and offers visitors a seamless, comfortable, and functional journey through the facilities.
Among the main innovations is the vehicle delivery bay, a space specially designed to ensure each customer enjoys a unique moment when receiving their car, following the global standard that Inchcape implements across all its markets. Additionally, the exhibition and service areas have been optimised, facilitating direct contact with specialised advisors for each brand.
“Celebrating 41 years of history in Bolivia drives us to continue strengthening our leadership. The renovation of our Central House marks an important step in our journey of continuous improvement. We have created spaces where customers feel part of the company and optimised processes to deliver a superior experience. The global support of Inchcape enables us to lead the Bolivian market with strength, a forward-looking vision, and long-term commitment,” highlighted Michelle Noriega, General Manager of Inchcape Bolivia.
The inauguration brought together local senior management, media representatives, and opinion leaders, along with Mike Bowers, CEO Americas of Inchcape, who emphasised the group's global commitment to driving innovative, sustainable, and high-impact mobility in every region where it operates. He also highlighted that Bolivia is a key market for the company within the Americas.
This project is part of the group's regional strategy aimed at modernising its service points in Latin America, strengthening its value proposition, and ensuring that customers and colleagues enjoy more efficient, modern, and sustainable spaces.
During the event, guests embarked on an immersive journey through Japan, France, and China, the countries of origin of the main brands the company represents in Bolivia. Through aromas, images, and interactive automotive experiences, ancient traditions were combined with cutting-edge technologies, reflecting the global essence of Inchcape and its firm commitment to connecting the country with leading mobility solutions globally.
