This recognition reaffirms the company’s leadership in the country and its commitment to excellence, innovation, and responsible mobility.

The leading company in the automotive sector in the country, Imcruz – Inchcape Bolivia, has been awarded the Maya Bicentennial Award 2025 as the Best Automotive Dealership Network, in recognition of its strength, national presence, service quality, and commitment to customer experience. This marks the eleventh consecutive year the company has received this distinction, solidifying its position as a benchmark in the sector.

“This recognition validates our 41-year trajectory in the market and highlights the daily efforts of more than 600 colleagues who make Imcruz – Inchcape Bolivia a close and constantly growing company. Today, our presence in Bolivia is strengthened by Inchcape, the world’s largest automotive distributor, which enables us to deliver a comprehensive, efficient experience that meets international standards,” highlighted Michelle Noriega, General Manager of Imcruz – Inchcape Bolivia.

With a presence in seven departments of the country, Imcruz operates more than 22 showrooms and 22 certified technical workshops, providing after-sales service aligned with the demanding standards of each of the brands it represents. Its portfolio includes leading brands such as Suzuki, Mazda, Renault, Subaru, Changan, and JAC, as well as solutions in trucks and machinery, pre-owned vehicles, and world-class lubricants like Shell.

In recent years, the company has embraced digital innovation, implementing solutions that streamline key processes such as spare parts and service management through its website, where customers can also initiate a vehicle loan application online and receive a response within just 72 hours, thanks to partnerships with financial institutions. This is complemented by efficient customs logistics, supported by its own OEA-certified Temporary Warehouse.

“Being part of a global network allows us to continue growing with a vision of sustainability, social responsibility, and cutting-edge technology, without losing our essence: staying close to the customer and contributing to the country’s development. This award belongs to all Bolivians who trust us and reinforces our purpose of delivering mobility to communities around the world: for today, for tomorrow, and for a better future,” expressed Diego Aponte, Marketing Manager of Imcruz – Inchcape Bolivia, upon receiving the recognition.

The Maya Award, whose name comes from the Aymara language and means “number one,” has been presented since 1996 following a process that includes perception surveys and interviews with opinion leaders, business chambers, trade associations, and specialised media. The results are evaluated by an expert committee that selects the winners in each category.
