Inchcape appoints new Managing Director for the CARCAM Cluster

As of 1 March 2025, Matias Andreani assumes new responsibilities as Managing Director of the CARCAM Cluster (Costa Rica, Panama, Puerto Rico, Barbados).

Matias’ career began in 2014 in the area of compensation and planning at Derco. Since then, he has been advancing his career and taking on roles of increasing responsibility in various areas such as retail (sales and aftersales), dealer network, customers, people, continuous improvement, and sustainability.

During the merger of Inchcape and Derco, Matias led the integration process of the retail operation in Chile and later took on the leadership of the Bolivian market, where he was recognised for his strong connection with the local team.
