
With over 16 years of professional experience, 11 of which have been in the automotive sector—initially with Indumotora and later with Inchcape Peru after the acquisition of that company—Juan Felipe’s career is backed by his qualifications as a Business Management Engineer, an MBA in International Management, and an International Master’s in Leadership.
He stands out for his leadership, expertise in managing automotive brands, marketing, commercial management, sales, and project management, among other skills. He arrives in Colombia after holding the position of Automotive Director, where he strengthened the Peruvian market presence of brands such as Subaru, DFSK, Citroën, Renault, and JAC.
Juan Felipe will lead the operation of vehicles, vans, and the integration of Mercedes-Benz Colombia with the Caribbean.
