In this role, you’ll drive a consistent approach to sourcing, purchasing and tendering activity, ensuring value for money, generating cost savings, and maintaining full compliance with the Regional/Group Procurement Policy and Internal Control Standards. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the business, enabling disciplined procurement operations and strengthening supplier performance.
What'll do:
Manage non-OEM sourcing, tendering and purchasing in line with company standards
Partner with stakeholders to ensure early procurement involvement and support tender activity
Analyse spend and market trends to identify savings opportunities and optimise supplier costs
Lead sourcing processes, compare vendor proposals and recommend best-value decisions
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with procurement policy and internal controls
Deliver savings targets and report results through the Inchcape platform
Oversee supplier onboarding, contract negotiations, renewals and ongoing contract performance
Support P2P compliance and manage key supplier relationships
Act as a trusted advisor on procurement matters and drive strong governance
About you
Minimum 3 years of similar experience in procurement, ideally in indirect categories
Qualified procurement professional with strong S2C and P2P knowledge
Familiar with ERP/e-procurement systems (SAP preferred)
Skilled negotiator with experience drafting and managing contracts
Confident partnering with stakeholders at all levels
Analytical, proactive and focused on delivering savings and operational value
