Job Title: QA Inspector 
Location: Wanaherang, West Java 
Job Details: On-Site

You’ll play a key part in performIng scheduled line, process, and product audits during the manufacturing process to detect, record, and report non-conformities against quality standards, work instructions, and process controls. 

What you’ll do:

  1. Conduct product audits to assess product conformity (fit, function, finish).

  1. Conduct production line audits to verify that operations follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), and control plans.

  1. Perform process audits to check parameters such as torque settings, inspection point verification, and material usage.

  1. Identify and record of non-conformance findings and escalate any critical findings to the Supervisor and related departments in regular cross functional team feedback loop alignment meeting to prevent recurring issues.

  1. Ensure audit records (checklists, photos, samples) are accurately completed and submitted.

  1. Verify implementation of corrective actions previously raised during audits.

  1. Regular gap and flushness measurement.

  1. Monitor 5S and safety compliance at audited workstations.

  1. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  1. Foster continuous improvement in term of self-development and quality audit processes.

About you:
To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Hands-on experience in internal or supplier audits (preferably certified as an internal auditor), quality control, and inspection process.
  • Presentation Skill.

  • Proficient in English (and Chinese is preferrable).

  • Experienced in Automotive OEM or component industry.

  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Experience working with Production, Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams.

  • Computer skills with high proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.

Requirements:

  • Education Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Material, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering

  • Experience: Min 2 years in automotive manufacturing, preferably in Quality, Production, or Engineering.

  • TechnicalSkills: Able to understand visual, functional, and dimensional product standards, Understand Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001, core tools, 8D problem solving, defect root cause analysis, understand measurement tools, documentation and reporting.

  • SoftSkills: Communication, integrity, adaptability, interpersonal skill,able to work independently and in teams,good time management and organizational skills, self-driven and leadership skill.

  • AnalyticalSkills: Data interpretation, risk-based thinking, attention to detail.

  • BusinessAcumen: Customer-oriented mindset, knowledgeable of process improvement such as six sigma, and automotive manufacturing process knowledge is preferrable.
