Our Facilities team is looking for a Maintenance Worker to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of Atkins Kroll buildings and grounds, ensuring our workplaces meet dealership and safety standards.
What you’ll do
- Perform general maintenance and repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, custodial, and basic HVAC support.
- Inspect facilities and grounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and dealership standards are met.
- Maintain buildings, equipment, lighting, drainage, generators, and grounds through routine checks and repairs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to complete maintenance projects efficiently.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely while complying with HSE standards.
- Track work orders, inventory, and maintenance records to support smooth operations.
About you
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of building or facilities maintenance experience.
- Hands-on skills across one or more maintenance trades.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid Guam Driver’s License.
