About the role
We are looking for a Online Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Business Development Centre (BDC) team in Greystanes. This role serves as one of the key contact points for customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey, helping deliver a seamless and engaging experience from initial enquiry through to sale.
Working across phone, web and digital platforms, you'll engage with customers, qualify leads, manage appointments and support both online and in-store vehicle sales. You'll collaborate closely with dealership teams, ensuring customers receive the right information, support and guidance at every stage of their journey.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries
Qualify leads and book appointments for dealership teams
Support customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
Manage online vehicle sales enquiries and fulfilment activities
Conduct customer follow-up before and after appointments
Provide information on vehicles, accessories and finance solutions
Engage with customers via phone, email, web chat and digital channels
Manage online reviews, customer feedback and social enquiries
Maintain accurate customer information within Salesforce and CRM systems
Assist with customer escalations and resolution of enquiries
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to maximise conversion opportunities
About you
You are a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building rapport and creating exceptional customer experiences. You ask the right questions, understand customer needs and are confident guiding customers through the sales process.
You thrive in a KPI-driven environment and are motivated by achieving results while maintaining a high standard of customer service. You're organised, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple systems and channels to manage customer interactions effectively.
To be successful, you will have:
Minimum 12 months experience in a customer experience and/or sales environment
Experience managing customers through a structured sales process
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to work towards and achieve KPI targets
Experience using CRM systems
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident use of digital platforms and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Automotive industry experience or Salesforce experience will be highly regarded
Current driver's licence
