Our Retail Sales Team is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist Trainee to join our team. In this position, you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to learn all aspects of the customer vehicle purchasing journey, developing your sales, customer service and automotive knowledge while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll do
- Develop product knowledge and learn how to deliver engaging vehicle demonstrations to customers.
- Support customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey, from enquiry through to delivery.
- Assist with customer appointments, test drives and vehicle handovers.
- Learn how to prepare sales documentation and support contract processing activities.
- Maintain accurate customer information across Salesforce and dealership systems.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction goals and support the wider sales team in delivering exceptional service.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A valid driver's licence.
