Our Retail Sales Team is seeking an Administrative Executiveto join our team in Singapore. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

What you’ll do

• Process incoming orders verification and registration verification
• Assist in sales team administrative coordination work
• Prepare daily settlement reconciliation
• Assist in annual stocktake
• Participate in system testing, training and enhancement
• Raise purchase order
• Support vehicle registration as and when required
• Support ad-hoc reports and tasks assign by Manager

About you

• Preferably with a Diploma in Commerce or Business-related discipline
• Proficient with MS Office Tool (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willing to learn new system
• Highly organized, detail oriented and adept at multitasking
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A meticulous and ownership taker to follow through the process to completion
