- Under the theme “The Power of Being Together”, the company officially introduced its new Managing Director for the Southern Andean Cluster (Peru and Bolivia) and highlighted the historic market share results achieved in 2025.
With the aim of aligning its strategic vision and consolidating the roadmap set for 2030 in the Peruvian market, Inchcape, the world's leading independent automotive distributor, successfully held the “Inchcape Dealer Summit 2026”. The event, which took place last Tuesday at the Hyatt Hotel in San Isidro, brought together over 120 attendees, including key representatives from its nationwide dealer network and the company’s leadership team.
Under the theme ‘The Power of Being Together’, the convention focused on strengthening collaboration with its strategic partners and establishing the pillars for growth towards 2030, in line with Accelerate+, the strategy aimed at scaling the business, optimising operations, and driving sustainable growth. In the automotive segment, the latest trends and innovations in the sector were presented, alongside an in-depth analysis of market share. Meanwhile, in the value-added services (VAS) areas, the agenda prioritised post-sales and financing strategies, as well as plans for machinery and logistics.
Leadership and expert vision
During the event, Jaime Ramírez was officially introduced as Managing Director of the Southern Andean Cluster, where he shared the company’s objectives in alignment with regional guidelines.
Additionally, Felipe Muñoz, a global reference in the automotive sector, addressed the trends transforming the industry on a global scale. Meanwhile, the economic consultancy firm Macroconsult presented a detailed analysis of the economic outlook for 2026, providing attendees with a clear understanding of the local context.
Historic results and recognition of the network
One of the key moments of the Summit was the celebration of the company’s commercial performance. Inchcape highlighted achieving a historic record in market share during 2025, a milestone directly attributed to the coordinated efforts with its dealer network.

Furthermore, as part of its efforts to elevate management standards, Inchcape announced an exclusive training programme in partnership with the NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association). This programme will provide dealers with world-class tools and specialised training, ensuring sustainable and professional growth across the network in the country.
Excellence in the Network: the winners of the night
The convention concluded with an awards ceremony recognising dealers who demonstrated outstanding performance in management, efficiency, and commercial results during the last period:
- Dealer of the Year: Resersur (Arequipa), recognised for its overall excellence.
- Highest sales growth (Sell out): Dercocenter Retail (Lima).
- Best credit penetration: Autoland (Lima).
With the successful execution of the “Inchcape Dealer Summit 2026”, Inchcape Peru strengthens its business ecosystem, reinforcing bonds of trust with its partners to lead mobility and specialised services in the Peruvian market towards 2030.
