Additionally, Pablo Klocker has taken on the role of Managing Director of Machinery for the Americas, replacing Andrés Saenz, who is voluntarily leaving the company after 36 years.

As the first anniversary of the integration with Derco/Imcruz approaches, and as part of the company's new phase in the region, from 1 January 2024, Matías Andreani assumed the position of Managing Director in Bolivia, and Héctor Corredor became Managing Director of Inchcape Colombia.

“These organisational changes are part of the synergies we are implementing as a company, which will allow us to continue growing sustainably in the 14 markets where we operate, consolidating our long-term commitment to the region. We have made significant progress and achieved important milestones. Looking ahead, we still have another year to complete the integration with Derco and face new challenges,” commented Romeo Lacerda, CEO of Inchcape Americas.

Matías Andreani joined Derco in 2014 as Corporate Deputy Manager of Compensation and Planning. He later took on the role of Customer Manager, a position he held until 2020. Between 2020 and 2021, he led the People, Customers, and Sustainability Management. From 2021 to early 2023, he served as Manager of the Dercocenter Network in Chile. Following the acquisition by Inchcape, he assumed the role of Director of Retail & Network to lead the integration process of the proprietary retail operations between Dercocenter and Inchcape Retail.

Meanwhile, Héctor Corredor has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and has worked with brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, Fuso, Thomas Built Buses, and Kia, among others. He was also a member of the board of Daimler Colombia, part of its strategic team for Latin America, and Managing Director of the brand in that country. In 2020, following the acquisition by Inchcape of the Mercedes-Benz car division from Daimler Colombia, he was appointed General Director of Inchcape Mercedes-Benz MACAM Colombia, a position he held until this new appointment.
