Inchcape wins 263 Reputation 800 awards for exceptional customer experience, with 46% belonging to the Americas

Our region achieved 121 locations out of the 263 that the company totalled globally in Retail and Distribution, with Chile, Colombia, and Peru being the countries with the greatest presence, while Panama recorded the highest score.

Inchcape received significant recognition both globally and regionally, after achieving 263 Reputation 800 awards worldwide, surpassing last year’s total (193). Of this amount, 46% belongs to the Americas, with 121 locations. In other words, nearly half of the awards obtained are from our region.

The award is granted annually by Reputation.com, a global leader in reputation experience management, to all businesses that have achieved a score of 800 or higher in customer satisfaction throughout the year, being classified as ‘exceptional’.

The role of the Americas in this achievement has been of utmost importance, as reflected in the more than 100 recognitions obtained across seven countries, covering Retail and Distribution. Chile, Colombia, and Peru were the main contributors to these results, although the highest score was achieved by Panama.

The Central American country recorded the best position with a score of 882 in Retail through the Suzuki brand. In second place is Chile with 881 (Geely, Retail), and Peru completes the podium with 880 points (DFSK, Distribution).

Regarding the 121 locations across the region, 54 belong to Chile (45%), 30 to Colombia (25%), and 22 to Peru (18%). The other countries represented are Costa Rica (6), the aforementioned Panama (5), Argentina (3), and Uruguay (1).
