All light vehicle brands will have rotating showcases in a space of over 750 square metres in the iconic Usaquén district.

The space will be the first multi-brand cluster in Colombia, designed to provide a unique way to experience the brands represented by the group.
Inchcape, the world's largest automotive group, is working to lead transformations in the automotive sales business and the vehicle purchasing experience. A prime example of this is the first Experience Centre that the group will open in Colombia, located in the iconic Usaquén district of Bogotá. The group has invested over £350,000—approximately 2 billion Colombian pesos—solely in infrastructure adaptations, demonstrating its commitment and ambition to consolidate this new strategy by creating spaces designed to surprise and connect.
This 750-square-metre space is situated in the Usaquén Plaza business centre, along the traditional Carrera Séptima, in a growing hub for vehicle sales. The brands Subaru, Suzuki, Citroën, SERES, Great Wall Motors, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Mercedes-Benz, represented in Colombia by Inchcape, will share their spaces in a multi-brand cluster that goes beyond a dealership, transforming into an experience for automotive enthusiasts.
“Experience centres are a new way to understand the automotive sector and its customers. With this model, which we are pioneering in Colombia, we aim to create unique and distinctive experiences for our customers, allowing them to discover a new way to engage with our brands. By implementing this new retail strategy, the Inchcape group aims to continue consolidating its portfolio with the goal of doubling its current national market share and reaching 20% within the next five years,” stated Héctor Corredor, General Manager of Inchcape Colombia.
While Suzuki and Subaru will have dedicated spaces showcasing their products, unique experiences, and plans for fans of both Japanese brands, other products from the Inchcape group will be featured in exhibitions that highlight the presence of their brands in a setting defined by elegance and exclusivity. Additionally, Inchcape will continue working to bring other brands into this space in the coming months, thereby offering a broad portfolio in this area of the city.
These are added to the existing Mercedes-Benz location in Usaquén Plaza to confirm a space with a wide variety of products and interests that are intrinsic to Inchcape's vision of expanding its sales to 20% of the automotive market by 2028. Currently, Inchcape is the fourth most important group in the sale of light vehicles in Colombia and is one of the leaders in clean mobility, a position it seeks to consolidate with new products, innovation, and experiences, offering better solutions for its customers.
“In this experience centre, we want our automotive brands to have a presence, but also for each brand to stand out for its own DNA. We are going to be disruptive in the way we present our brands, with new formats, ensuring they will be part of this experience”, added Corredor.
The Usaquén Experience Centre will be the first of three centres that the brand aims to establish in the coming years in Bogotá. This centre replaces the Suzuki showroom located at Carrera 7 and Calle 128, as well as the Subaru Bella Suiza showroom, with their employees relocated to be part of this new setting.
The spaces within the Experience Centre provide an environment where all segments of the Colombian automotive market, from subcompact cars to the most luxurious SUVs, come together under one roof. Additionally, through the collaboration with the Serrata group, visitors can enjoy an exclusive gastronomic experience in the Campo di Fiori complex.
