Suzuki Costa Rica has reaffirmed its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction by securing first place in Latin America and second place globally in the "Suzuki Service Award Program".
This award, driven by Suzuki globally, recognises dealerships that have excelled in meeting customer needs.
The recognition evaluates the quality of workshops, taking into account service excellence, the workshop's commitment to technician training, and the customer experience, based on the Customer Satisfaction Index score.
“Since becoming part of Inchcape, at Suzuki Costa Rica we have focused on working to guarantee our customers the highest level of technical service and care, with the standard that Inchcape provides worldwide. We deliver continuous training, not only in technical aspects but also in soft skills, aiming to build trust-based relationships. We have invested in workshops and waiting areas to ensure our customers have a positive experience when visiting our service centres,” said Joaquín González, Business Unit Director of Inchcape Costa Rica.
Suzuki Costa Rica joined Inchcape in 2018, and the following year achieved first place in global excellence.
“From the option to enjoy a coffee while working remotely with connectivity, to the careful attention we provide and the attractive service packages we offer, we strive to meet all our customers' needs. Additionally, our waiting areas are designed so that customers can observe the maintenance process of their vehicles, as the service bays are visible from this area,” commented González.
Inchcape and Suzuki Costa Rica have been consistently recognised for their outstanding efforts in improving operational efficiency and profitability, achieving first place regionally in 2018, 2020, 2021, and second place regionally in 2022, as well as securing second place globally in 2023. These awards reflect Inchcape's commitment to all the brands it represents in the country, and Suzuki's dedication to excellence and innovation in the automotive industry, highlighting them as leaders in the continuous improvement of distributor performance both regionally and globally.
Suzuki Panama, part of Inchcape, was also recognised in the ranking, achieving second place in the region and seventh place globally.
