On 21 May, we celebrate International Cultural Diversity Day, a day that highlights the importance of recognising and valuing the different cultures that make up our global community at Inchcape. With operations in over 40 countries and colleagues representing more than 100 nationalities, our cultural diversity not only drives innovation but also enhances our decision-making and strengthens our ability to adapt to the dynamics of the global market. At Inchcape, we firmly believe that inclusion and diversity are fundamental pillars of our success.
In the Americas region, this diversity is particularly evident. With operations in 14 countries across South America and the Caribbean, we work with colleagues from 32 different nationalities. This unique blend of cultures and experiences enables us to better understand our customers' needs and deliver solutions tailored to each market.
To celebrate this special day, we have implemented various global initiatives, including webinars and recipe exchanges, allowing our colleagues to share their stories and cultural traditions. These activities not only celebrate cultural diversity but also strengthen our bonds and inspire us to continue fostering an inclusive environment.
