Our Leadership team is seeking a Value Added Director to join our team in Chile. In this position you will be responsible for the sustainable growth and outcome of Value-added service driver, ensuring Accelarate+ challenges including finance, insurance, spare parts and NEV opportunities of Inchcape Chile. Tasked with developing programs and products that links VAS business virtuously to maximize Customer and car Lifetime Value.
What you’ll do
• Lead the finance business to deliver strong commercial performance. Develop brand and network strategies, manage the relationship with finance broker Amicar, and negotiate with financial institutions to increase finance penetration, improve profit per deal, and boost renewals.
• Drive the insurance business, ensuring penetration, renewals, portfolio growth and profitability. Strengthen partnerships with insurance providers and build a seamless connection with Aftersales to maximize Customer and Car Lifetime Value.
• Grow the spare parts business through strong product development, profitable pricing strategies and brand positioning. Manage OEM relationships to ensure competitiveness and sustained value delivery.
• Boost aftersales retention by developing customer-centric products and commercial initiatives that elevate the ownership experience throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
• Increase repurchase rates by implementing strategies that connect the customer journey from purchase to renewal.
• Identify and develop NEV business opportunities that contribute to our transition toward a more sustainable future and reinforce Inchcape’s competitive edge.
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
• 10+ years of experience in commercial areas, business development, or product management, consistently driving growth and results.
• At least 6 years in leadership roles (management or director level), inspiring teams and enabling high performance.
• Experience in industries with complementary service or ecosystem-based business models.
• A proven track record in developing and implementing Value-Added Services (VAS) strategies, delivering measurable impact for customers and the business.
• Strong commercial, financial and negotiation capabilities, together with a leadership style that inspires, collaborates and influences with purpose.
• A strategic and holistic view of the business, paired with innovative and creative thinking to transform opportunities into real solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency, enabling effective collaboration in a global environment.
