We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will join our team in the Philippines. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience. This role focuses on interview coordination, candidate management, and recruitment process support. 

What you'll do

• Interview Coordination: 
  - Schedule interviews and manage logistics 
  - Coordinate with candidates and interviewers 
  - Handle rescheduling and interview preparation 

• Candidate Management: 
  - Maintain ATS records 
  - Communicate with candidates 
  - Ensure positive candidate experience 

• TA Operations Support: 
  - Support reporting and job postings 
  - Maintain documentation and trackers 

• Compliance & Process: 
  - Ensure hiring process compliance 
  - Maintain data accuracy 

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field 
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support 
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools 
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• High attention to detail and confidentiality 
• Must be open to reporting to the office in BGC once a week

Preferred but not required

• Experience supporting high-volume or multi-location hiring 
• Exposure to recruitment metrics and reporting 
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes 
• Experience supporting regional or global TA teams
